Congress: Here we go again

(CNNMoney) - And they're at it again.

Democrats and Republicans are knowingly running in different directions as fast as they can to come up with a budget for the next fiscal year that they know won't fly with the other side.

Good to see Ryan and the moronic republicans roll out a budget that lowers the tax rates for the wealthy, increases the money for the defense department, and generates less revenue so that our national debt will increase. Fortunately, seniors will get to pay for it with their reduction in medicare, and the poor will get to pay more in taxes. I cannot believe that people from Janesville elect Ryan.

Well, what do you expect? We have seen the GOP/TP come into full swing as the “party of NO” and the result is detrimental to the country, making it impossible working together to solve problems the GOP created! People are catching on! Look at the “approval”-rating the congress has. The only way forward is to make sure that these mean-spirited people do not get back into congress! (All they say is: Never mind that we have NO solutions and plans – Obama “has to go”!) Perhaps they get their act together, start thinking and come back in a couple of years. At the moment, I would not vote for a Republican because they have become a really disgusting bunch!

My kid's 6th grade elementary class could plan a better budget than Congress.

The American people are tired of believing the Republican-controlled Congress even cares!!!

As long as Republicans want to impose their "no tax pledges" upon the American people, then we will continue to have disfunctional government. I say this because when the Bush Tax Cuts were passed, there was much uproar because it would take us from a surplus to a deficit. Pres. Bush promised that his cuts were "temporary" and were designed to stimulate jobs growth and the economy. Republicans never had any intention of letting the cuts be temporary and recently come out and stated that the cuts were always intended to be permanent.
