Abortion rights activists Etch A Sketch against Romney
Washington (CNN) - About 20 demonstrators with the National Abortion Rights Action League (NARAL) gathered outside a hotel where GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney planned fundraising remarks Thursday and used Etch A Sketch toys recently mentioned by the Romney campaign as part of their protest.
Senior Romney adviser Eric Fehrnstrom suggested on CNN's "Starting Point" Wednesday that a post-nomination Romney candidate could reset his campaign "almost like an Etch-a-Sketch – you can kind of shake it up, and we start all over again."

But demonstrators were using the Etch A Sketch to frame their disagreement with Romney over his proposal to end federal support for Planned Parenthood. "His anti-choice record and rhetoric will not disappear," said NARAL spokeswoman Erika West in prepared remarks.
Many in the group held pink Etch-a-Sketch toys and chanted their belief Romney should be held accountable for his position on reproductive rights that includes a proposal to end federal support for Planned Parenthood.
Romney was not seen arriving at the hotel entrance where the demonstration took place.

I'm not too sure. If he needs to be pro-choice to win the general election, he'll flip back to his old ways. But don't keep your fingers crossed. Willard's gone so far right, there's no possible way he can make it back to the center. This is the guy who said he'll ALWAYS protect a woman's right to choose. He's done a 180 on that one.

Mitt Romney is demonstrating that he doesn't handle a crisis very well. Just like with his tax returns, he ignores the problem and hopes it goes away. Actually, I think the believes that "market forces" will prevail and settle the issue for him.

It seems to me that if either Obama or Santorum got into office, we can etch a sketch our childrens' futures away.
We need an outsider with financial experience to get our economy going; our deficit spending under control; our debt reduced; and jobs increased. Mitt Romney is the person to do that - not the two babbling etch a sketch children Obama and Santorum.
Willard was EXPOSED yesterday for the fraud he is. Even his campaign managers know this guy is a LIAR and a con artist in the first degree. The American people are being lead into the slaughter by this unknown and once he gets into the White House – everything you think you voted for will be lost with his presidency. Willard stands for no one and nothing except his own selfish, greedy ego. He's given nothing his entire life that didn't benefit him in some way or another and now he wants the ultimate prize "the presidency". I intend to send Willard a message loud and clear in November that his days of "entitlement" are OVER.

Yes, it is a woman's choice, it is our body and it is our responsibility to pay for whatever we choose to do with our bodies just like we would pay for our choice of wedding dress, shoes, purse, perfume, waxing, pedicure, manicure, drink, movie, make-up, body lotion, haircut, hair extensions, breast implants, etc... It is a woman's choice and it is the choice of an employer to pay or not pay for our birth control insurance plan or abortion insurance plan. At the end of the day we women can twist it all we want to convince everyone else to pay for us and put that financial burden on everyone else but if we truly want freedom of choice, control of our bodies than we must learn to become self sufficient, independent and pay for birth control and abortion ourselves the same way we pay for everything.

Romney has been very deceitful throughout his long drawn out campaigning and etch-a-sketch best describes his character which is a shameful basis for someone running for president. The US much better than him.
Auntie Rose from Iowa, please enlighten the board on ex-governor Etch-a-Sketch's financial experience beyond being born wealthy and using his money to make more money for himself and his wealthy friends while destroying businesses and sending the jobs of tens of thousands of workers to foreign shores.
