Washington (CNN) - Rick Santorum went to the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday to attack frontrunning Republican presidential rival Mitt Romney over the federal health care reform law being argued inside this week.
Framing the legal challenge to the 2010 health care law as a question of "basic liberty in our society," Santorum said Romney lacks credibility in opposing health care reform because he implemented a similar system in Massachusetts when he was governor.
What is it with this “Christian” Santorum? He dips with heavy costs into from the tax-payers provided health-insurance and denies the ACA to the people that need it desperately. To top it, never came up with anything workable himself and flanked his “outrage” and “fight against” with fake arguments and lies. What a candidate!!!! People, please, do pay attention!
What do republicans have against having over 50 million uninsured people get insurance? What do republicans have against people who get sick and are kicked off their insurance? Why do republicans think that college students should not be allowed to stay on their parents plan?
Don't waste your time Pope Santorum. The law will be upheld.
Long time past since this has all been a huge embarrassment for Santorum AND the GOP for running a full clown car.
Obama wanted a single payer system that went through the government, the repubs called it socialism, Obama compromised and went with a long standing government/private system, which was a repubs held position for many years, the repubs called their own system socialism. Now the repubs are set to kill a comprehensive system which tool a century to full fill, and kill comprehensive healthcare for average America for another century. If the tea partiers even allow them with a system down the road, it will be free market run, which means open season on volunable Americans, just like what big oil and their greedy speculators are currently doing to the American people. These repubs think that, if you give corporations the freedom to be greedy, they wont! This strategy have failed time and time again. May YAH HELP US ALL.
Like all Republicans, Santorum will say how bad the ACA is and not offer any feasible alternative. The suggestion to "cross state lines" is an insult to one's intelligence.
Who tell santorum he can be president?
Cheap and impulsive step again.
