New video offers a glimpse inside federal agency's lavish Las Vegas conference
(CNN) - Congressional investigators are accusing the General Services Administration of violating its employee gift limit with rewards of iPods, digital cameras and other electronics, just as a video emerged of a lavish conference that shows employees drinking and making jokes about wasteful spending.
The video, first obtained by The Huffington Post on Friday, offered a glimpse inside the agency's $820,000 conference in Las Vegas. An administration official confirmed the authenticity of the video and provided a copy to CNN.

The Feds wasting money?! I live under a rock and what is this?
Something as blatant as this, you just know there's a Republican plant behind it. They'll do anything to embarrass the President. And before all you right-wingers spew all your usual blame at President Obama, try and get your pea-sized brains to remember who it was that denounced Vegas trips early in his Presidential tenure, so you can rule out him authorizing this trip.
Got any facts to back up your statement about the Republicans? I thought not.
The GSA has a long history of abuse across many administrations. Like most Americans I support firing those responsible or in cases of serious and illegal abuse, pressing charges. We'd roast a Servicemember who played loose and fast with the financial rules.

The video has been around for a while, just coming to light now. This is already tied to Pres Obama. Watch any right wing news source. All about spending, the debt and blah blah blah. It is not the Presidents fault but in an election year it is just bad timing.
Shame on the GSA, I do not got to Vegas and even come close to the price tag for the food. You can get steak and eggs for 5 dollars. What a joke on expense accounts everywhere.
This guy probably works for a Democrat running for office or up for re-election this year. He knows that with Romney at the top of the Republican ticket, many Republicans will stay home in disgust on Election Day (The Republican Party is telling me to vote for the guy who created the model for Obamacare? So FOX News and talk radio did not mean it when they said that individual mandate is socialism the last couple of years?). He knows that his candidate has it in the bag.

It really does not matter Democrat/Republican as far as this is concerned. I am sure trips like this are not authorized by the President... However, any department head that allows this to happen, considering so many people are hurting and are out of work still, not only should be fired, which I think has already happend, but really should be brought in front of the American people and explain himself/herself...
