Trumps hosting birthday fundraiser for Ann Romney

Washington (CNN) – Her birthday may be Monday, but some of the biggest gifts Ann Romney brings in will come the day after.

Mrs. Romney is the guest of honor at a birthday fundraising event Tuesday in New York City for the campaign, hosted by Donald Trump's wife, Melania.

Trump spokesman Michael Cohen said 400 people are expected at the event in the couple's residence inside Trump Tower. Cohen said the event sold out in a week, and is expected to bring in "well in excess" of $600,000.

Cohen said Trump will stop by the fundraiser to wish Mrs. Romney a happy birthday. He said Trump expects to host another fundraiser for the campaign at Trump Tower once Romney officially clinches the nomination.

First lady Michelle Obama will also be raising cash on Tuesday. She will speak at a Democratic National Committee event in Nashville, followed by two DNC fundraisers in Pittsburgh.

Tuesday will be a busy political day in Pittsburgh, as Romney holds a midday campaign roundtable at a community center in suburban Bethel Park.

The stress on Ann's face is from all those years of never arguing with her husband. See, when Mormon's have a temple wedding, the husband is given his wife's secret name to call when she dies so that she may go to heaven and be with her husband and children. If a wife is not in her husband's good graces, well, then she gets to spend eternity apart from her family.

No wonder Ann's never argued with Mittens I said, you can see the stress on her face ...

The mega-wealthy are circling their wagons, willing to put aside their differences (he's a Mormon = belongs to a cult) in their pursuit to destroy the Middle Class and finish outsourcing our country. Make no mistake: People like Trump made their millions by swindling and cheating (Trump admitted it when describing his dealings with Khaddafi); Mittens made his by breaking up American companies, laying off American workers and outsourcing American jobs.

They all pay lip-service to patriot this, and American dream that, but all they care about is money. They don't know how to live outside their reality of the few owning and controlling all the wealth, so they're in survival mode. And we all know that humans will do anything to protect themselves when they feel threatened.

All you Dems, Independents and thinking Republicans, now is the time to get out and VOTE for President Obama and Democrat majorities in the House and Senate. The GOP is working hard to suppress voting – and if they succeed, we will surely see very dark days ahead, for a very, very long time.

Oh goody, a party! All the ladies in my community have these all the time! But it's such tough work, I mean having to decide which Cadillac to load all the littles ones into. And then scheduling the caterer to arrive at just the right moment, the caviar has to be at just the right temperature before serving. It's so hard having these 5 kids and all this money to keep track of. God forbid to have to every want or need for anything! I'm sure you all can relate right?

Well of to the yacht club!

    Good day all!

The best thing Trump can do for the Romney's is to keep his mouth shut and his wallet open during this general election! If he speaks and gives the appearance that he is Romney surrogate, he's going to hurt Mittens every time!

Where has melania been lately? This is the typical way teapublikans (who knows what bad hair man is) way. The little woman is in the background until she is needed to be arm candy (except she is getting too old for trump) or opens her mouth and inserts foot (ann flip flopper).
Thanks for reminding us ONCE AGAIN that we just don't really, truly get the way the rich live. I keep forgetting every morning when I get up to go to work.

This country has degraded down to the lowest levels of filfth. At least I will say one thing for affluent people. They clean themselves up and do not waste time watching x-rated filth on the internet. They spend their time groping money and getting it from ignorant fools too easy to part with it psending it on junk. The "poor" trash in America deserve what they get due to their irrational spending ways!

Romney makes money by making businesses work. (Hmmm more work...) Obama makes money by giving money to individuals who are out of work. (How does that make jobs?)

Anyone who votes for the guy need to get their head checked out, this person does not care for the middle or poor people of this country and I wish we had someone else to vote for besides Obama and this rich person. If Romney should win this election he has stated that he would give tax credit to the rich, now does that sound like someone who really cares, the RICH WILL GET RICHER. God help us

So this is how a woman, in touch with "regular people" about their economic issues spends her birthday. If you believe that, I am starting a company to sell time shares on Mars that I would like you to invest in.

Who cares what Trumphant is doing. The repubs can only blame themselves for the horrible candidate they chose and will lose the next election. What a bunch of loser candidates. Of course Obama is far from perfect. What a disappointment.

  20. Blah blah the wheel's off your trailer

They're both extremely ugly! But this article is no surprise! While millions of Americans are still trying to recover from the economic perils the republicans brought upon us, it is so outrageous that these billionaires and millionaires are having prestigious parties and laughing at us! Only in America!

Boy does she look smug or what? I think she thinks she is FLOTUS already. This is going to be a tight race and not because Mittens is a good candidate but because of his skin color. I can't believe the amount of racism in this country in this day and age. I was just reading the article about discriminatory hiring in Iowa and boy were the racists out in full force. Anyone that doesn't see this election is about race is either blind or chooses not to see. The fact that the Tea baggers and rethugs have brought this country to the brink of collapse with their obstruction borders on treason.

    OBAMA 2012!
