House committee mulls Holder contempt resolution

Washington (CNN) - The top Republican on the House Oversight Committee is moving to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress for failing to cooperate in the panel's investigation of the controversial "Operation Fast and Furious" weapons sting.

Rep. Darrell Issa, R-California, sent a 17-page memo and a draft contempt resolution to members of his committee Thursday, outlining what he argued was Justice Department's "refusal" to comply with the panel's probe to get information about the sting set up by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives that allowed weapons to be purchased illegally in order to track them to senior drug cartel members.

Wow, just found the "goldmine" of leftist liberal thought... The Animal Farm of the "more equal" elitists is right here! The evidence is plain and simple as regards Holder's incompetence and racist bias, but will NEVER be seen by those of his ilk.

Sorry to say, but this will become more protracted, The charge won't stick because if it does, Issa can follow through with the coup d'état and finish the already drawn up Impeachment charges. Never happen, too much power, too many secrets to have Holder charged. It's my professional opinion.

I really wish this was true, but I wouldn't bet the farm on it.

If any of the Republicans had any backbone, they would have issued the contempt citation months ago. What in the hell are they afraid of. Holder is a common criminal in an undeserved position.
