Reagan Foundation threatens legal action over blood vial sale
(CNN) - The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation threatened legal action over the online sale of a vial purportedly containing dried blood from the former president following a 1981 assassination attempt.
"If indeed this story is true, it's a craven act and we will use every legal means to stop its sale or purchase," said a statement from John Heubusch, the foundation's executive director.

Why do Republicans idolize Reagan, yet sweep the fact that he would be considered a hardened liberal under current-day GOP standards?

This saving blood in a vial is something the Catholic Church has done for centuries. The person from whom the blood was collected usually ends up being sainted. But honestly, what kind of ghoul would a private citizen have to be to even want to possess such a thing? Along the same thread, during the previous occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue's reign of error, there was a photographer who used to pose the previous occupant with the Presidential seal framed around his head like a glowing halo. Then they whine about the left considering President Obama our "messiah". It would be funny were it not so sad.
This should be a crime and it's almost as disgusting as how these tea tards use Reagan as an example of their party and his legacy when he was more of moderate and raised taxes for everyone at least over seven times during his presidency. Llet's nor forget all those Hollywood parties which Obama gets criticized over and over again as if he was the first president to do state dinners and other events in the WH.

They can remake their GOP God..Reagan...Reagan who took Iraq of the list of terrorist nationals, and Reagan who sold Saddam in Iraq, Anthrax, Botulism, Sarin Gas, Tuban Gas, Mustard Gas, 60 helicopters with sprayers, Diluted Agent Orange in the form of Roundup, even Yellow Cake, that ended up in Iran's nuky program...all from 1980-1989..using GHWBush, the former head of the CIA to setup front companies to ship the nasty stuff, and Donald Rumsfled as Reagan's point man to Saddam, and Rumsfeld used his number one guy Dick Cheney..
And at the same time Reagan sold weapons and parts, and SAM missiles to Iran...and supported a secret South American army hidden from the Congress..Reagan how gave the okay to sell shoulder launched missiles to Afghanistan rebels, helped make Bin Laden a hero, the leader of Al-Qaeda...
Reagan who closed all the Federal mental hospitals and sent 500,000 mentally ill men and women into the streets, with no place to sleep, no food, except trash, no medication...Reagan how closed the Veterans homes to Vietnam Vets, and worked to discredit the Vietnam Vets claims of damages from Agent Orange, while selling Diluted Agent Orange in the form of Roundup to Saddam in Iraq to be used as a nerve gas on the Iranians soldiers and the Iraqi Kurds...
Yeah Reagan who tripled the national deficit, said deficits do not matter..80% of our national deficit is becuase of Reagan, GHWBush, and GWBush...Reagan who worked to help the rich get richer, share less with the workers, reduce the average workers pay and benefits...
Yeah the GOP love Reagan...
Since Regan supported the same progressive tax system as President Obama we'll have to assume conservatives now consider him a "socialist". Based on Republican economics it seems only fitting they'd want to "bleed him dry"...
