(CNN) - Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will endorse GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney on Wednesday, campaign sources told CNN. Rice also confirmed news of the endorsement.
Rice served as secretary of state from 2005-2009 under former President George W. Bush. Before that she was Bush's national security adviser.

Rice was the first African American woman to lead the State Department.
On Tuesday, Romney hit the "magic number" of Republican delegates necessary to win the GOP nomination this summer.

Romney would be G.W. Bush II. He wants to keep the Bush Tax cuts, plus 20% across-the-board cut. If people think that it is bad that the federal government is spending 3.8 trillion while taking in 2.5 trillion in 2012, what happens when the second number is changed to 2 trillion? Romney talk about INCREASED military spending and cutting spending elsewhere. What spending does he propose to cut? Most of the spending on Obama's health care bill won't start until 2014, and the bill has a revenue component, so repealing the bill actually increases the deficits, according to the CBO.
Gee, who else is a lying neocon gonna endorse? Ron Paul?
She knows better. But, on the other hand, she spent years trailing behind W with a bucket and a wet mop so maybe she doesn't know better. Or maybe she just wants to be VP. But anyone who thinks that Romney and his foreign policy brain tank (17 of 24 advisors from W's gang) will do better than Obama in that area is betting on the come against long odds.
She worked for the shrub. Anyone is an improvement
I respected Condoleeza Rice until she fell in lock-step with Bush's warmongering. Her conversion was like night and day. At first she was thoughtful and contemplative then next thing you know she's out there regurgitating the Bush/Cheney talking points. She must be looking for a cabinet position.
No surprise here
