(CNN) - Mitt Romney will hold a campaign event in California Thursday while President Barack Obama is not expected to make any campaign stops. Obama and first lady Michelle Obama will have lunch with former President George W. Bush and former first lady Laura Bush at the White House before the official unveiling of their portraits at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
