(CNN) - Since Elizabeth II came to the throne in 1952, 10 U.S. presidents have been elected. The UK's queen has met all of them, with the exception of Lyndon B. Johnson.
As an American I find the concept of "royalty" repugnant. Still, visualizing L.B.J. and the classic "pull my finger" trick on the Queen is a fun idea.

Somebody should have told Obama to copy the Queen's husband with respect to where to place his hands, rather than mimicking the Queen. It's almost as dumb as bowing to the Saudi King.
