Yep. It's really a stretch, but somehow, the economy did improve after Bush left us with an enormous pile of economic hooey. But blame Obama, okay? Republicans rant about too many taxes, but the average family of four is enjoying the lowest tax burden in decades. Corporations are holding onto trillions, not hiring, sending jobs abroad, and let's blame Obama. Yet corporate welfare persists, thanks to our lovely elected officials. If you want to blame anyone, take it up with Congress and the Supreme Court. They're the idiots currently in charge of making laws in this country.

Think how great the recovery could have been had the Republicans now vowed to obstruct all progress? They formally enacted that plan on the very day of the President's inauguration. How unpatriotic can anybody be? How much could they care for the people of America to work TOWARD FAILURE? People without jobs or without the home they lost can thank the Republicans for digging the hole during the Bush years and for shoveling dirt in the hole ever since.

Hey, Republicans, don't let the facts get in the way of spinning this into a negative somehow.

It has gotten better but not good enough just yet. Obama has stated this several times. I wonder what Romney would have done to get this far. There is only so much cutting taxes will actually do. I think that cutting taxes and regulations won't do anything to help the economy.

To have reversed the „Bush“ trends, move the economy slowly forward without not only any help from the GOP/TP but their obstructionism is a real accomplishment oft he Obama administration. Yes more has to be done but why would you think the GOP could/would care about the economy for “you” when they have not done anything for the middle class for over a decade?
These are the facts, so I'm wondering how the GOP can say the president has made mattes worst? Could it be that they go on fox news and other right-wing radio telling lie after lie to the point they believe it themselves.

The red bars are a result of the complete absolute utter failure on the part of republicans to govern effectively. And, now they want to return to power with Romney as their hand puppet to pick up where they left off with the same failed policies to lose or ship more jobs overseas.

Pretty good turnaround. Thank you President Obama.
