First lady implores black churchgoers to get political

(CNN) – First lady Michelle Obama made an impassioned pitch for black churchgoers to embrace political action on Thursday in a speech to the country's oldest black religious denomination.

"To anyone who says that church is no place to talk about these issues, you tell them there is no place better," Obama said at a conference of the African Methodist Episcopal Church in Nashville, Tennessee.

Just learning to play the game the way the right has for the last 4 election cycles Rexy! Ministers were telling their congregations to vote against democratic candidates and for the rethugs. During the 2004 election, a local Catholic priest told worshipers that if they didn't vote for the previous occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania for a second term they were no longer welcome in his church. A bunch of folks walked out and never went back.

She does know you can’t preach partisan politics inside a church, right? That is, unless they want to lose their tax-exempt status from the IRS. Imagine if Romney called on all white people to vote for him! The outrage, yet these black nazis are like mozlems; they have a totally faulty idea of their own importance or ability! If stupid whites had not created affirmative action, Allen West would be in the White House.
