Supreme Court says health mandate's a tax
New York (CNNMoney) - It walks like a tax and talks like a tax. Therefore it is a tax.
The Supreme Court on Thursday upheld the mandate to buy health insurance - ruling that it is a tax and not a penalty as originally billed by supporters.

It is quite ironic that Obama signature achievement was passed and upheld BASED UPON A LIE TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. It should not be surprising since almost everything he has said or done has been based on LIES. The LSM media lied to the American people when they refused to vet their chosen one.

One of the largest tax increases in history and Obama and Pelosi had stated, "This is not a tax.. I know its surprising that politicians lie but to those who are not complete oblivious to facts know Obama does it every day. What do we get out of this? Massive government expansion and a big middle class tax increase.
