Romney teases VP selection in e-mail to supporters
(CNN) - It's certainly not an e-mail that will put the vice presidential questions to rest.
"We're getting ready to share some exciting news," Mitt Romney's campaign manager, Matt Rhoades, e-mailed supporters on Thursday. "Sometime between now and the Republican convention, Mitt will be announcing his choice for VP."

The presumptive Republican presidential nominee has repeatedly declined to answer questions about who his campaign is vetting to join the ticket. He broke with that only once, when he told reporters that - contrary to one news organization's report - Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida was indeed being vetted.
Rhoades' e-mail to supporters was also a fundraising solicitation. "Every week until the VP announcement is made, one lucky supporter will win the chance to meet Mitt and his choice for VP," he wrote, asking for a $3 donation for entry into that drawing.
The Republican National Convention begins on August 27 in Tampa, Florida.

Romney's supporters can also count on a VP candidate who can release all of his tax returns, but won't because he does not want to embarrass Romney and make Romney look like he has something to hide.

Whoever is really doing the selection (not Mitt) wait until the last minute as not to expose the person to those pesky liberal media members. They ask questions and expect answers, these people only talk in sound bites and don't actually give answers. Sound bite Sarah couldn't even do that right so why risk it any earlier than necessary. Here's my prediction: an easily minipulated, undeserving, Southern Christian, who also will represent thier transparent and shallow pandering to some segment of society,and is good looking. Marco has it wrapped up, you'll see.
