Romney talks tough but differs little from Obama on Iran

Washington (CNN) - Mitt Romney seeks to assure Israel and Iran, as well as Jewish voters in the United States, that he will be tougher against Iran's nuclear ambitions than President Barack Obama.

So far, though, the main differences on the issue between the presumptive Republican nominee and the president he hopes to defeat in the November election involve tone and nuance more than substance.

Politics are nothing more than to keep the poor of America confused with broken promises

The cardboard cutout in the empty suit comes up empty..... again. I'm voting for Obama.... he's still the only adult in the room.

What else would he do different? It seems that there is nothing else that could be done that should be announced.

This clown is NOT the president and talking tought and doing something about it (which NOBODY in the US or the world wants to do) are two completely different things.
This bully bishop is a coward who didn't have the guts to go to Vietnam then his sons follow in his cowardly footsteps!
When he sends his sons to war in the front lines then he can talk about another unnecessary war!

Romney talks tough, but Obama's actions are louder than Mittens' cheap verbage. Obama brought the mastermind of 9-11 to justice by going into Pakistan, which Mittens said he would not do. Mittens wanted to rekindle the cold war with Russia, and has promised more wars against Iran, and Syria. Mittens' embrace of Cowboy diplomacy is idiocy.

Mitt Romney can say this because his base is so shallow minded as long as it appears he says something anti-Obama they will go for it hook, line, and sinker. Facts are just things in the way for the far right base, an annoyance actually because many times they can prove their way of thinking to be incorrect. To prove this point just look at how they fall for the anti-Obama ads Mitt puts out that tell half-truths, non-truths and are taken out of context.

Gary Johnson actually DOES differ from these two clowns but CNN still refuses to cover his campaign even though he has more followers on Google+ than Mitt Romney does.

So Willard is once again repeating the President's policies, but with a louder bark, and way less bite.
All the while, Obama is getting the highest praise from the Israeli Defense guy, right after Willard tried to claim Obama was no friend of Israel. So what's the purpose of this trip again? To try and catch up to all of Obama's foreign experience via crash-course? To try and provoke a war with Iran to prove he is no "wimp".

The last time we had a 'something to prove' cowboy president we ended up in 2 unfunded wars with over 4k of our fine young men and women dead. Does Willard want to volunteer his 5 sons for service before he decides to move the capital to Jerusalem and sets the peace process back a few years?

I would urge our new president to do away with sanctuary states for ILLEGAL ALIENS! Theyve destroyed much of what we built, what people slaved over and sacrificed for, for their children and heritige. God help us

Mitt Romney seems to be dependant on his wife holding his hand it seems as if she is not by his side he makes all these gaffes. If he was elected President what would he do he seems insecure and she has said she has six boys including Mitt what does that tell you.

People need to read Romney's words and try to find actual committment. You won't. For healthcare he'll deliver all of the benefits but won't talk about how we'll pay for them. He'll cut all of our taxes but won't say how he'll account for the lost revenue. He'll double the Defense budget but won't increase the deficit or start a war. He did say he'll follow the Ryan budget and trash Social Security and Medicare. At least that attack on the retirees is clear.

"Russia is a geopolitical adversary but is not an enemy with a – you know, with… missiles being fired at one another and things of that nature," Romney said.

I had to show the comment again! Does he have a rational thought on anything?

    Romney on Iran /Israel.
His bottom line is i'll huff and I'll puff and then I will blow your ( Iranian) house down.
Now let me see 10 years later $ 1trillion cost and god knows how much more American treasure & lives lost.
And finally America bankrupt before the ten years are up and Iran is about to launch multiple nukes or has already done so against Israel and also the US. Special relationship or not the brits nor any European nation or Nato will join a coalition this time. I'll leave everyone to guess who the Arab League will quietly support!?
Prediction: going to war with Iran will have the same effect on the US/ Israel as the Brit/ French invasion of Suez./ Egypt.
    Regards,
    Hodgson.
