Why is this under a photo/video of Mittens? It's a story about a WH adviser, which one would think would result in a picture of Obama or said adviser. Are you that desperate to help Mittens make up the lag in his polling that has appeared since his EU trip disaster, CNN? Gotta help make it more of a horserace, right?

The Chinese are happy to hear the good news Mitt would create 12 million jobs. And he is going to cut programs in this country which will kill more jobs. Companies don't hire when their is no business. If the tax rate was zero and you made zero how does that make for a good economy. Sounds like Great Depression Part Two, once again GOP style.

How can he call threatening to raise taxes and trying to push the same ineffective spending through congress under the guise of Obama's "Jobs Bill" digging our way out? After plenty of time and resources this administration has provided clear proof that the kind of spending and economic mismanagement we have seen since 2009 does not improve the economy or help create real jobs. Obamanomics is pure politics, not economics. Results come in as expected. It's time to stop playing politics and start getting America back up and running again. We have the guy to do it. Romney 2012.

Question: Since when does "adding more jobs" by discounting millions who gave up and quit looking for a job, mean we are "digging our way out"? I have a source who says the White House is faking and cooking the numbers to scam the American people into thinking unemployment is getting better. Oh well, a Great American once said, "Words can't deceive what the eyes perseive."

it has become a long slow process, Until there is a change in the way those who run large corporations do business. They consistently get their raises while the workers are laid off. Wish someone would address that problem. Of course we will never know how man of them are giving cash boosts to these PAC'a. those of us in the 95% of the country are not sharing in their wealth.

Obama is 316,000 jobs less than when he started in 2009 so where did the 4.2 million new jobs come from that he said he created in the past three and a half years the math doesn't add up. My 6 1/2 year old could figure that out why can't the American voters.

What has been done with the bail out money that has been paid back if any. Did it go towards paying the debt down on used on more failed programs.

The hell with who did and did not pay taxes where are the jobs (23 million still out of work) and when will the economy start coming back I say after Obama is not re-elected in November.

Not according to MITT-WITT and the rest of the Republicans – they look at the glass half empty – The Republicans promised jobs will be created if the Bush taxes stayed in place – this was after the 2010 elections – NOTHING happened – Instead, the Repub governors cut jobs that added to the unemployment............WAKE UP AMERICA – Keep in mind who the real obstructionist are!!!

shhhh! don't tell the GOP-Taiban-tea-tards, because they need to keep the lies going to excite their idiot base. The about this: The U.S. is the only major economy adding jobs in the manufacturing sector...THE ONLY MAJOR ECONOMY ADDING JOBS ....What planet do the haters live on, to believe that we should be showing jobs gains of 1m per month just because an idiot like Robme says so(?) Puh-leeesssee. I've said it before and I'll say it again, the only qualification for being a GOP-Tea-tard is to be a complete idiot and/or willing to believe any lie, absent facts, rationale and plausibility...just hate Hate our President.

and these people call themselves patriotic americans...yeah right!

Obama 2012... serious folks realize the importance

The stock maket rallied on review of the job's report. Could they be a better judge than a slimy politician like Romney? I find it sad to see the Republicans trying to twist economic news to help them politically, even knowing it discourages Americans trying to decide on expanding their business, hiring some more workers, or invest in new capital goods.

Has anyone noticed that when Romney and the republicans are talking jobs, jobs, jobs, there is no mention of good jobs? take also into account the fact that Romney was touting the Polish economy and take into account that Polands workers make barely HALF what American workers make. Be careful of what you wish for, you just might get it.

Theres no need for more tax cuts. Instead, the current tax cuts should be allowed to expire. The threat of QE 3 seems to be enough to keep the wealthy corporations producing jobs, albeit at a slow pace.

what a softball interview. what the president and his people are not telling us about the recovery is just how big the economy is and how many jobs are needed just to keep pace with population growth. that figure is between 180,000 and 250,000 Jobs, give or take a few economist. if we use a middle number for math ease of 200,000 jobs per month to meet population growth. in other words the economy is not expanding, truely adding jobs, unless it creates more than 200,000 Jobs a month. using the numbers presented as great progress of 29 months of job growth. Candy let this guy lie to her and to us with numbers she doesn't understand so she counldn't question. He stated a trueism that there were 4.5 million jobs created. however, He was never asked to explained that the 4.5 million number of jobs is 1.3 million jobs short of number of jobs needed to cover population growth for that same period, even using my middle of the road estamates. you never questioned the worker patication rate which would have exposed these hidden facts. nor did you mention the fact that this is the worst recovery in US history. I'm so disapointed with Candy and CNN. Hoover, after the great depression, had a better jobs record and Candy and CNN gives this kind of softball interview in an election year!

Here's a thought!! When you have dug a deep economic meataphorical hole that took along time to dig and lets just assume it was dug by a Democrat and a Republican construction worker.
Now if you assume that with a little bit of cooperation between said workers holes can usually be filled in quicker than dug.
I am one of America's workers fortunately, also a voter, and simpleton at heart( and mind) and too much thinking does make head hurt.
I have concluded cause I want my head to stop hurting from thinking too much that:-
The Republican construction worker decided two things:-
    1) This hole aint my problem any more fill it in yourself Democrat.
    2) By the way my Republican hole digger partner and our party leaders and hopeful Presidents are going to oppose any quick ways of filling in the hole because we dont want you or your types (democrats so as not to be misunderstood) as president. one term only!!
Not very bi partisan or compromising, and even less good ideas other than those that failed already to fill in the hole more quickly.
For those reasons this simpleton will vote a 100 % democratic ticket come November. So super PACS, citizens United lovers, face facts. The vast majority of voters have decided as well, if they know who the candidates are.
PS fed up of Romney who always says Obama got EVERYTHING WRONG " he can do it better", but I'm still waitin for him to explain how that works and dont cost me money!! Hell I got $50k a year digging that hole and he I hear wants to give some rich guy a $250k tax break. I am goin to have to fill that hole in myself I dont need any Republican help!! Be out of a job too soon!!
