"My approach to politics is that I'm not a Democrat or a Republican. I'm an American and I always support candidates I think are great for the country,"

I'll co-sign that sentiment sir.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America 's debt limit is a sign of leadership failure.
It is a sign that the US Government cannot pay its own bills.
It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government's
reckless fiscal policies. Increasing America 's debt weakens us domestically and internationally.
Leadership means that 'the buck stops here.' Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today
onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership.
Americans deserve better."

It's called hedging your bets. A lot of people from both sides of the aisle do it to garner favor with the winning campaign.

Hopefully the man is an intellectual and, after delving into Ryan`s viewpoints a bit more he will do the decent, human thing and throw up.

Donate to every single campaign. That way, your bases are covered and you will own a piece of every single politician in office. Politicians can be bought.

It is his money and shows that Americans aren't so connected to one candidate, party or ideology.
