At the time, the $114 million was the most the Obama campaign had collected in any one month in the 2012 election season. (CNN) - Ann Romney, wife of GOP presidential hopeful Mitt Romney, will co-host ABC's "Good Morning America" next week.
Her press secretary, Sarah Haley, says Romney will act as co-host for the broadcast morning television show on Wednesday, October 10.

Council Bluffs, Iowa (CNN) - In the face of bruising headlines and public opinion that President Obama did not bring his A-game for Wednesday's presidential debate, Vice President Joe Biden rallied to the president's side - disagreeing with dominant public opinion and essentially casting Romney as a flip-flopper.
"I thought the president did well. He was presidential," Biden said after reporters asked him about the president's widely panned debate performance.

Washington (CNN) – A survey released Thursday shows striking racial and religious divides over the role of religion in presidential politics.
More black and Hispanic millennials – ages 18 to 25 – said that it was important that a presidential candidate hold religious beliefs than white millennials, according to survey by the Public Religion Research Institute and Georgetown University’s Berkley Center for Religion, Peace, and World Affairs.
FULL STORY(CNN) - Less than 24 hours after the first presidential debate, President Barack Obama's re-election campaign released a new television ad Thursday attacking Mitt Romney over his comments about taxes in the Denver showdown.
Obama, citing a study from the nonpartisan Tax Policy Center, argued Romney's tax policies would cost $5 trillion –a claim Romney forcefully shut down during the debate.

(CNN) – Amid a flurry of post-debate speculation over where President Barack Obama's debate sparring gumption was Wednesday in Denver, the Democrat's campaign wove a narrative of a president attempting to keep the debate civil, sticking to answering the questions concerning American voters.
