Economy creates 114,000 jobs in September, unemployment falls below 8%

NEW YORK (CNNMoney) - The unemployment rate tumbled in September as more people returned to the labor force and steady hiring continued.

Employers added 114,000 jobs during the month, down from a revised 142,000 jobs in August, the Labor Department said Friday. But revisions to July and August mean the economy added 86,000 more jobs than originally reported in those months.

Good news! The President's efforts to recover from the worst recession in thirty years are working in spite of Republican obstructionism. Could it be the 47% Romney thinks are useless parasites are hard-working people who needed jobs?

This is good news that jobs were added. I am sure that most people would agree that more are needed. Waiting for the spin from each side.

According to Fox foreign owned media conspiracy theorists, the rise is the stock market, the increase of durable goods orders, the improvement in the housing market, are just made up numbers by American owned media. The numbers that Hannity reports are real?

  9. Republicans; the "Not Intended to be Factually Accurate" Party

If the Republican party had co-perated with Obama putting the interests of the people FIRST, we`d have broken the 8% barrier a long time ago.

Mr. President, "MAN UP". I was ashamed that you let Romney blatantly LIE to the American people; 70 million of us. I know Romney did a 180 degree turn but you should have been ready for that. We`ve been saying for years that "Mitt Romney will say anything" to get elected; we`ve been saying that he can`t be TRUSTED. You can be Presidential and still reveal him as a liar. Seize on these numbers and pimp slap Romney.
