Joe has always been a positive, upbeat, happy guy. I guess if that ticks the republicans off, so be it.

How exactly pray tell was Biden to react to lies to the Amercan people? How would you have reacted?
The only comment I will make is that I was laughing at Paul Ryan too. Have been ever since Mitt Romney selected him to run on the Republican ticket. So, yeah. I had no problem with Biden doing the same. The general reaction given to a person known to be lying is to either laugh or show fits of anger. Glad to see Biden chose to laugh.
