Romney imprecise in criticism of 'Fast and Furious'
(CNN) - Mitt Romney's assertion In Tuesday's presidential debate that he'd "like to understand who it was that did this" - referring to "Operation Fast and Furious" - was noteworthy following the release of a lengthy investigative report.
The Republican candidate said the botched Southwest border gun-running operation "had been investigated to a degree."

Romney will go anywhere if it gets him votes but his arrogence overshadowed his ignorence here didn't it!!He won't go to far because that the issue that Issa spent millions on a political witchhunt that produced nothing,pretty good republicans starting fires you can't put out,remember Vietnam!!!
This man does not have what it takes to hold the most powerful position in the world!
What he is referring to, for those who don't get it, in the media, is that Obama was stonewalling the investigation.
Romney is not only 'Fast and Furious' with his mouth but the most "imprecise" presidential candidate ever... he should be running for garbage collector – on second thought he does not have sufficent IQ
BUT I hope the facts come out on FAST and FURIOUS as it was started by the BUSH administration and endorsed by the NRA – Canadian mounties were also asked to participate but refused
Mr. Romney could see the report himself. He has chosen not to do so. He would rather try to tell us that he does not agree with the answer. He is trying to tell us that he has read everything about each problem. Hmm. There is something really amiss here. I do believe that this need bring up every little point whether he is knowledgeable about it or not is a rather childish attempt to look all knowing. I don't think the wizard exists even in Mr. Romney.
Hey Mitt. It was an operation that started with President GWB. You might want to ask him some questions also.
A major deficiency in Romney is his credibility. Team Obama should go DIRECTLY at this. Why not call him a liar, he is. Why not illustrate by an example of something he has said that Mitt is MULTIPLE CHOICE. We don`t trust Mitt Romney. Bust this wide open Mr. Obama.

Desperate to shore his foreign policy credentials, the well oiled weather vane thinks Dubya's doctrine of preemptive strikes applies to things like investigations. I wouldn't hire this guy as a security guard: he wouldn't know what to do with the facts of a case.
Imprecise?! Imprecise? Mr. Romney feigned complete and utter horror and disbelief acting as if he had no idea about "gun-walking" and how it works, or its history.

First the DoJ is interested in how firearms sold in the U.S. make their way south of the border or into the hands of criminals. The problem is Arizona's completely flacid, NRA inspired gun laws that permit "straw buyers" to purchase guns in proxy for others.
Typically, people interested in guns hire (in the case of Fast and Furious) Phoenix homeless people who are provided cash to buy guns and give them over to the "real" buyer. The BATF, then track the gun and make arrests. This was started under the Bush era BATF, and continued under the Obama BATF.
At some point, the agency lost track of some of the guns, and they turned up at a shoot-out at the boder. To hear weassals like Issa and Romeny tell it, Mr. Obama was standin' on the corner in Nogales, AZ. handing out AKs.
Naturally, the truth is somewhat different. The guns were NEVER in the possession of the BATF, and such weapons would never had walked if AZ. had even the basic framework of a gun law. As it stands, guns are sold open-air at gun shows WITH NO BACKGROUND checks. That is the primary pipeline from "legitimate" buyers directly to criminals.
Wake up people. This is the cause and effect of the NRA's desire to have guns peddled virtually on every street corner of America.

He probably doesn't remember what he said before, if he even said anything about it. He has lied too much about everything so I doubt he remembers exactly what it was he said but he stands by what he said whatever that was.
The fast and furious investigation initiated by Rep. Issa, Ryan and the rest of the House, has come up with nothing but a total embarrassment for the House of Rpresentatives. Another total waste of taxpayer money by these neo-con fanatics.
Romney depends on lies and distortions to make his case on every issue. He and Lyin' Ryan are constantly shown by fact checkers to be pathological liars. Romney got spanked by the President on the last debate – frequently exposed as a liar. Maybe he is appealing to just the ignorant? Do Republicans even care about the truth? Do they care about flip-flopping?
