(CNN) - Priorities USA Action, the primary super PAC supporting President Barack Obama, released a new television ad on Tuesday, bringing Mitt Romney's former private equity firm back into the line of fire.
In the 30-second spot, "Same Promises," five individuals talk about losing their jobs after Bain Capital bought their employers.

The group, run by former Obama White House officials, has long focused its message against Bain Capital, seeking to define Romney by his corporate background and paint him as a greedy businessman unfit for the Oval Office. Priorities spent $20 million on a series of ads delivering that same message this summer.
"This was a booming place," a man named Donnie, who has appeared in a previous Priorities ad, says in the new commercial. "And Mitt Romney and Bain Capital turned it into a junkyard."
"I was suddenly 60 years old. I had no healthcare," adds a woman identified as Loris.
"He promised us the same things he's promising the United States. And he'll give you the same thing he gave us. Nothing," a man named Pat says.
The group says the new spot will run in the battleground states of Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Nevada, Ohio, Virginia and Wisconsin. Priorities says it amounts to a multi-million dollar ad buy, but the group would not go into further detail.
While Bain Capital was not mentioned by name in the presidential debates, Obama charged Romney with investing in "companies that were shipping jobs overseas" during Monday night's final presidential showdown. His comment referred to Bain's role in advising companies to outsource jobs, though independent fact-checks have found that Romney had left Bain to run the 2002 Olympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City by the time many of Bain's companies began outsourcing.
Priorities last ran an ad in September, when it attacked the GOP nominee for saying in a secretly recorded video that nearly half of Americans are "victims" who are "dependent" on the government because they don't pay federal income taxes.
Last month, the group confirmed that billionaire financier George Soros had committed $1 million to the super PAC, which has struggled to keep pace with Restore Our Future, the main super PAC backing Romney's campaign.
Romney's campaign responded Tuesday calling the ad "misleading" and "discredited."
“This is yet another misleading ad from a discredited ally of an increasingly desperate President," Romney spokeswoman Amanda Henneberg said in a statement. "Governor Romney's experience was about fixing companies that were broken and giving start-up companies a shot at success. His work helped save thousands of jobs at companies that were failing and the companies he helped start today employ over 100,000 people. Unfortunately, President Obama hasn't been able to have this same success, and 23 million Americans are suffering as a result of his failure. We can't afford four more years like the last four.”
- CNN Senior Producer Kevin Bohn contributed to this report.
The President called Willard out on his CNOOC investments last night as he righfully should. But he should've made a big deal about BAINPORT, Illinois. Bain Capital are pioneers of outsourcing American jobs. Willard has the audacity to mock the President on job outsourcing? Ha!
Obama has a record now. Can't blame Bush anymore.
Blaming Bain Capital is not a strategy or an agenda to turning around this economy.
Hiring government employees like teachers and union road construction workers will not put 23m people back to work.
The job BHO is qualified for is a Chicago community organizer. He didn't he make the basic requirements for US Senator.
Time for change we can believe
Mitt and Paul 2012
So true. Mitt is a pain and pest. True. Bain-capital and Mr. China. Yes, on Obama12.
PS: I love yesterday debate espy THAT Horse and buggy, stuff.
Romney's campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Here, allow me to.... Seriously???? Didn't you clowns already WASTE hundreds of millions on these types of ads only to have Romney/Ryan SURGING in the polls because people now know these ads are total BS? But by all means... waste more money and PROVE Obama has absolutely NOTHING POSITIVE to run on. An empty suit, out of excuses, out of time, and in two weeks OUT OF OFFICE!
Middle Class America NEEDS to be scared of Mitt Romney. He's in this thing for HIM. And he lies soooo well. That's REALLY scary.
Why is it that MSNBC knows all about this company in Freeport Illinois that forced it's workers to train Chinese replacements to take over when the company re-locates in China.....No Democrats have even mentioned it.... Romney sluffs it off by saying his interests are managed by a blind trust and he knows nothing about it....this is ludicrous Romney is supposedly a brilliant business man and he allows a blind trust to run his affairs....who could ever vote for someone like this....he wants to run your affairs but doesn't have a clue what's happening with his own.
I think old Mittens their can sit back and relax now, all the heavy lifting is done, some one put him out to pasture. Not only did he agree with just about everything Obama said, when it came time to convey his message, he did it without any force or confidence. That was what he lacked most last night was confidence. If your not confident in what your selling, you'll never have any buyers. Although there are still many who have consumed so much of the republican koolaid that their still chanting Go Romney, Go Ryan. There is little hope for these true believers, they'll follow their leader right of the electoral cliff, like a bunch of lemurs. Just click your heels together and "say there's no place like home" and you'll all be okay. That's if the policies of GW didn't cause you to lose you home that is.
Trying that old trick again. I believe General Motors has more facilities Off Shore than here. And others such as General Electric also. Bain and others that have facilities off shore didn't cause the economic collapse. It waa people that thought they could jump the line and buy a house with no means to pay for it. Hence the Housing Bubble and economic chaos.
Oh and in the last 4 years the middle class was the big winners?
Are we doing fine Mr. President?
In the last 4 years me and my family have been the lucky ones, we struggle to make ends meet but we do. We know families that are struggling month to month to keep it together.
We have not gone on vacations to Hawaii or Europe like your family Mr. President. We don't have parties at our house like you do Mr. President. But we are going to have a group of families over our house on Nov. 6th and have a celebration of sorts. We are hoping to celebrate your election lost.
Your Friends in Ohio.
@ truth hurst–off your medication again are you.
This deal with Romney leaving Bain is hilarious,he just profitted from Bains sale of Honeywell electronics of Freeport,Illinois to Sensata of China just Friday getting 8 million for it..170 workers lost their jobs and benefits after training the Chinese workers in their jobs to be shipped overseas and you ignorent republicans who back Romney think that's patriotic when thiscmormon moron has done everything he can to destroy America..Massachusetts suffered for his lgnorence too in losing jobs while he raised taxes and scared off companies with his fees ..220,000 people left Massachusetts and you wonder why the unemployement rate dropped ,just read about that Mormon idiot,if his ideology doesn't scare you then nothing will..He's the ultimite power monger from beating up and shaving a student in prep school to stripping corporations and killing off jobs, nothing changed just more collateral damage to step around going thru life for the wealthy elitist, his snobbish wife and his five spoiled brats!!
The middle class already lost when Obama was elected in 2008. How hard do you think millionaires have been hit by unemployment, foreclosures and low wages? Think about it. Obama has already been President for almost 4 years. You don't have to listen to his cleverly written speeches. You are living his promises. My point? Romney/ Ryan 2012.
Do you know what change to expect after a second Obama administration? You will be 4 years older.
Romney's "blind trust" just sent a company from Illinois that reported record profits last year to China.....so I guess that 12 million jobs he's going to create in the U.SofA is starting in deficit numbers.....he's not even near the oval office yet and we're already losing....give your heads a shake America.....do we want a President who will run our country with a blind, deaf, and dumb trust....trust?... there's no trusting this guy
Pete
Massachusetts suffered for his lgnorence too in losing jobs while he raised taxes and scared off companies with his fees ..220,000 people left Massachusetts and you wonder why the unemployement rate dropped

Total lies that be proven lies with Google in about 15 seconds. And yet the leftist continue to lie, lie, lie. It is how we got Obama in the first place. Lies, lies, lies.
Three letters: H.I.G.
Look it up. The fix is in.
The brain washing continues, by the Dems. Classic tactics of dictators.
There is an ominous silence by the DEM side regarding the missing tax returns.
Nobody should be so innocent believing these have not filtered to their campaign and that they are not using them until now to release them a few days before the elction, but only if they need so,
It is widely believed that these tax return will show that during the last 20 years before 2010, ROMNEY, as nearly 40,000
US high income citizens, making use of a UBS amnesty for applicable criminal charges , was caught or disclosed hididen parts of his income mainly in UBS Switzerland.
ROMNEY could easily and immediately to dispel such rumors by disclosing his return or much simplier and confidencial, , authorizing his accountant to issue an affidavit stating that he never made use of an tax fraud amnesty.
Thew latter would address his "concern" that the tax return would allow unfriendly parties to scandalize.
lol hmm...cut taxes while increasing defense spending..now where have i heard that before? Oh yea..lol pretty sure thats what got us into this mess! well, that and less regulations. GO ahead though, vote for Rmoney..dont be mad though when you dont have any, and people like me telling you "we tried to warn you". Id like to ask though, what issue has romney stayed the same on?? seems like he changes positions every chance he gets....Regarding Bain though, i just dont see how a guy who used debt to buy a company, then stuck that company with the debt and bailed out after he took his profit equals the answer to fix the economy?!?! Someone, please, explain to me how you think thats rational?
Just think in 2 weeks, we'll finally see the last of Mitt Romney. He's been a total waste of time to us all. His own party doesn't like him, but they were forced to put up with him. His 1st debate he lied, & the other 2 debates those lies finally caught up with him. Romney & his supporters want Obama to go back to Kenya, while the rest want Romney to go back to Planet Kolob...Obama 2012 folks!
What religion kicks you out if you marry someone who won't convert to your religion, what religion doesn't allow your own grandparents or any other family member to enter your marriage ceremony if they aren't of the same religion. The White House is the "People's House", will I be denied entry into the "People's House" because of my religion. If you deny me once, you'll deny me twice. I'm just saying.
Why Pete.....are you saying that Romney is a bully? What evidence do you have? I mean other than the head shaving thing, the Bain record of stripping companies for profit and putting people out of work, the way he steamrolled his primary opponents, the way he tried to dominate the moderators in the debates, and the way he tried to put the president in his "place", and his comments about the 47%. Other than that......why he just seems like a regular guy. In fact he's a car guy.....has so many of them he has to stack them in elevators.
The real race is with the Senate and Congress. I'm looking for a post where someone complains about why Congress is looking to back off the automatic cuts that were agreed too. If they can't stomach automatic cuts that save 1.2 trillion, why do these morons keep talking about reducing the debt by 5 – 8 trillion.
I have not seen a Tea Party post for a while complaining about how Congress is not doing its job. Okay so the government doesn't need more revenue, then how about giving less to big corporations so we can have more weapons than people.
All you need to know about Romney's term as governor is that the state in which he governed is solidly behind his opponent for president. That tells me plenty.
