(CNN) - With 13 days until Election Day, Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney campaigns in Nevada and Iowa, while his running mate, Rep. Paul Ryan, delivers a policy speech at Cleveland State University before heading to Georgia for a fund-raiser.
President Barack Obama, meanwhile, kicks off a two-day, multi-state tour through Iowa, Colorado and Nevada on Wednesday. Vice President Joe Biden wraps up a three-day Ohio swing with a campaign rally at a high school in Marion.

Which policy will Mr. Ryan speak about? IS he now stepping out on his own and articulating his own policy? Mr. Romney has no articulated his own policy and it appears that people are content about this. We will be surprised if he is elected and then it will be too late to complain.
