(CNN) - With 13 days until Election Day, Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney campaigns in Nevada and Iowa, while his running mate, Rep. Paul Ryan, delivers a policy speech at Cleveland State University before heading to Georgia for a fund-raiser.

President Barack Obama, meanwhile, kicks off a two-day, multi-state tour through Iowa, Colorado and Nevada on Wednesday. Vice President Joe Biden wraps up a three-day Ohio swing with a campaign rally at a high school in Marion.

9 a.m. ET - Obama attends a campaign event in Davenport, Iowa.

11 a.m. ET - Sen. John McCain attends a meet-and-greet for Romney in Titusville, Florida.

12:40 p.m. ET - Ann Romney makes a campaign stop in Tampa, Florida.

12:45 p.m. ET - Biden delivers remarks at a campaign event at Marion Harding High School in Marion, Ohio.

12:45 p.m. ET - McCain attends a meet-and-greet at Veterans Memorial Center in Merritt Island, Florida.

2:20 p.m. ET - Ryan delivers remarks at Cleveland State University.

2:40 p.m. ET - Ann Romney makes a campaign stop in Lakeland, Florida.

2:45 p.m. ET - Romney attends a rally in Reno, Nevada.

3:30 p.m. ET - McCain attends a meet-and-greet at National Navy UDT-SEAL Museum in Fort Pierce, Florida.

4:20 p.m. ET - Ann Romney attends a rally at Central Park in Winter Park, Alabama.

4:55 p.m. ET - Obama attends a campaign event in Denver, Colorado.

7 p.m. ET - McCain drops by Romney campaign office in Boca Raton, Florida.

8 p.m. ET - Romney attends a rally at Landmark Aviation in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

12:35 p.m. ET - Obama attends a campaign event in Las Vegas, Nevada.

    There's more than one way to skin a candidate. You should have your back-ups.

    Which policy will Mr. Ryan speak about? IS he now stepping out on his own and articulating his own policy? Mr. Romney has no articulated his own policy and it appears that people are content about this. We will be surprised if he is elected and then it will be too late to complain.
