Obama's Facebook warning

(CNN) - Barack Obama has over 31 million fans on Facebook, so perhaps his advice about using the site comes with expertise.

He offered his two cents in response to a question from the reader of the magazine US Weekly, according to excerpts posted online.

A 16 year-old reader from Detroit asked Obama for advice the president would give someone who aspires to reach the Oval Office himself.

"Be careful what you post on Facebook!" Obama said, according to the magazine.

"And most of all, take your education seriously," he added. "I'm only where I am today because I had great teachers and access to great education, and because I worked hard in school."

Obama's social media presence - which includes his Facebook, Twitter, and representation on other social media sites - is largely managed by his campaign, although his campaign has said he will occasionally make posts himself, which he signs with his initials.

Any one half-a-brain should be able to see that the Romney tax plan is seriously flawed and does not add-up. So, Romney is sellng snake-oil when it comes to his claims for making an economic recovery. But, then there are enough weak-mined people that voted for GW Bush twice and will vote for Romney. Why blame anyone else for the decline in US but the ignorant voter?

Romney is the only true choice, we have had no budget in four years now, we have had trillion dollar deficits each year, we have now wracked up 16 trillion in debt, we have the highest food stamp population ever, we have the highest disability numbers ever, we have 20 some odd million unemployed and under employed, we have a mandated health care program that equates to the highest tax increase ever and it is all under Obama's watch. Now on top of all of that we have a cover up of the Benghazi terrorist attack with the death of four US citizens that makes Watergate look like child's play in comparison. I have NEVER witnessed anything like this in my life. Romney and Ryan will improve our situation undoubtedly..we can't take another four, we will ALL be in the same class and that would be broke! Remember, if the dog dies the ticks and fleas can no longer feed, this means you Obamabots!

Concerned American says: I wouldn't vote for the president if you have me a million dollars... With Romney as president I would have a better chance of earning a million dollars.
...and you want people to take your comment seriously. Really. You mean that Romney and his rich cohorts will reach over and give you a hand up to wealth? Ahem. Uummm, I don't think so. You think you'll get rich in a Romney economy because you will hobnob with them and the money will rub off on you? Oh I get it. You will work hard on the American "level playing field" (like Romney did???) pay low taxes like Romney does and your efforts will make you a millionaire In Romney's America? You are rather sad and quite mistaken. You are like other Romney voters.

Why does "this" president have to show his grades, which ones have you folk ever been concerned about? You will definitely have a better chance of being a millionaire with President Obama than the Slick Mitt. For real...

Obambi-poo is prancing across the country showing off his small plan. Meanwhile, real men are out there flashing big solutions for problems way too deep for Obambi-poo to handle.

What would you do to earn that million with Romney in office that you could not do with President Obama in office? Feel free to provide specifics.

Sadly...we have three extremely corrupt branches of government about to get even worse should Romney be elected. Just imagine a democracy governed by bigots and misogynists hiding behind so-called faith. Checks and balances in government shall become non-existent! Ask yourselves...Which candidate represents the lesser of the two evils?

  15. Really?

Sleazy ann coulter calls the President a retard and all the right wingers come to her defense. Obama tells the truth about romney calling him a BSer and the right freaks out. I believe that is called Hypocricy. I find it so laughable that the Republicans think that they are the only ones who tell the truth, are honest and forth right and any one who doesn't agree with them is a lier, a communist. I see right wing bumperstickers that say they don't believe the Liberal media but they hang on every word that Faux News puts out. Are you seeing the double standard here? The right wing is blinded by hatred.

What does Romney actually represent? He flip flops on everything. The man has no core. Speaks in generalities and plays on the dumbness of the American people.

Go ahead and take your chances on a Governor that took his job creation skills and took Mass from 35th all the way down to 47th in job creation, or maybe you will become a millionaire if you move to China where Mitts really likes to send jobs

Why do people say Romney has flipped flopped? I mean really every politician flip flops Including our president, well not so much flip flop he just lies and expects the American people to believe what he says without question. I mean if you want to get in to a battle on what policies Barry has changed his stance on we can go there, but I warn you it will crush your dreams of how perfect the fake messiah is. Politicians are generally liars and work the system, Barry is becoming a pro and if you don't agree with him you are called a racist or crazy. I have plenty of reasons not to vote for him mainly he is the worst president in US history and yes that includes worse than Jimmy Carter!

The thing I find sad is if Romney gets elected the economy will improve because Obama has put us on the right track. We'll have a good year or two until Romney and his Bush team of advisers throw us into another recession.

Several more papers have endorsed Romney today: The Washington Examiner wrote, will restore "pragmatism, balance and fairness to a business climate that has been chilled by Obama's ideological approach to regulation."

The Examiner cites Romney's healthcare law in Massachusetts as evidence the former governor is not perfect, but "whatever their doubts about Romney, Americans know exactly what four more years of an Obama presidency would bring."

THE NEW YORK POST wrote Thursday that Obama's "hope and change" have proved an ineffective fix for the ailing the economy, writing that though Obama claims he inherited an economic mess "he's done nothing to fix it."

THE DETROIT NEWS: "While both poverty and dependency have increased on Obama's watch, Romney promises to replace government checks with private sector jobs and reverse the decline in middle class incomes," wrote the Detroit News. "It is heavy lifting, but we favor the candidate who is committed to it." IT endorsed Romney today.

"What Americans need now is not a savior or a messiah, but someone who knows how to take a troubled situation and turn it around. Romney is the man for the job."

How do we know he had a great education and worked hard in school? He doesn't seem to know anything about economics. In fact we don't know whether he has ever taken and Economics class because he won't release his transcripts.

i keep hearing how Romney is such a great businessman, but for the most part i really only heard how he buys companies and sells them or closes them or sends them oversees. why have we not heard from any of the employees that workor have worked for him? i also hear him say the government is not supposed to create jobs, but yet still says how he will create 12 million jobs this seems like a contradiction. Funny how the republican party didnt really accept him last election, but he's all they have now..this guy is trying to guy the white house its the only thing he doesn't own yet. Come on he ran twice in a row.
