(CNN) - Why should one vote early?
Because you might just meet that special someone, Joe Biden says.

The vice president offered that as one of the top ten reasons to vote early in an appearance taped Thursday to run as the Top Ten list feature on David Letterman's "Late Show." A clip of the appearance was posted on the CBS website.
"Single and looking to mingle? Find that special someone in that early voting line," he said.
Another reason?
"If you vote early, you don't have to pay taxes," he said. He then turns and looks offscreen. "I'm sorry, I'm being told that's not accurate."
The late-night comedy shows have also had a few laughs at Biden's expense, poking fun at his gaffes and animated debate showing.
But when President Barack Obama appeared on the show of one of Letterman's top competitors, Jay Leno, he had kind words for his no. 2.
"Here's the thing about Joe. He wears his heart on his sleeve," he said. "He's the most warm, generous person I know, and he is unbelievably smart about not just domestic issues, but foreign policy.
"He's fearless. He's not worrying about the politics of things, and I could not have a better vice president than Joe Biden," he said. "I could not be more proud."
In his Thursday routine, the vice president also took on a serious tone and noted the devastation wrought by Superstorm Sandy earlier in the week, from which the northeast is still recovering.
"I just hope everything has come along all right in New York," "You've been devastated in New York and New Jersey and everyone's thinking of you and we're doing everything we can to help."

I'll go one farther, and say that we're unlikely to have a PRESIDENT better than Biden for the next 30 years. Hope he runs in 2016

Animated debate showing? That's a nice way of saying buffoon. It was tough to sit there and imagine that this guy actually is one heartbeat away from the Oval Office. Paul Ryan, on the other hand was respectful of the audience, sharp with his answers and very much a guy capable of accepting serious responsibilities.
I already voted for OBAMA, and this time DIRECT DEMOCRATIC PARTY. I was sick and tired of GOP animals lies.

I don't need a vice president, who is a gaffamatic, or a potential president that they have to hid from the campaign trail at the first sign of troubles during the debates. He was disrespectful during the debate, when Ryan was calm and respectful.
We have a great humanitarian team in Obama & Biden! They have fought for our rights when the GOT-Party, who said they'd be all for creating jobs, were busy protecting the 1%, obstructing legislature so they could later say Obama's policies don't work & concentrating on anti-abortion, anti-gay & anti-immigration bills! I'm glad to hear from the many Republicans who agree w/the President, because they don't recognize their own party, but also disturbed that so many people are duped by the RR extremist machine! For those who call Obama a socialist, please look at your dude! His way equals plutocracy, oligarchy, repeal of human rights & going back 100 years when that was the rule of our land & many others! LOL – Google 'ol Joe – – He's much more than "unbelieveably" Smart on Foreign Policy – He's been in Congress as a Senator for a Number of Years – and then add to the fact that he was the Head of the Foreign Relations Committee for YEARS. And the Chairman of the Foreign Relations for the United States for YEARS. No wonder why Obama picked Biden. He KNOWS Foreign POLICY. ( unlike romney ) Can you imagine if Romney gets IN ? and he does what "dubya" done ? ( put boots on the ground in another middle east country ) ?? Joe Biden is a great man. He is a veteran politician with tremendous speaking ability and knowledge. He is compassionate and intense in his support for the poor, elderly and middle class. If you are his political enemy, you are definitely in his crosshairs of truth with power and humor.

Look at Joes tax return and you see he is not generous. Look to Mitt Romney who gave millions as compared //his generosity was 13% compared to Joe Biddnens a less than one per cent. Here they are hailing a man who has reduced them to nothing more than their reproductive organs. The Democratic Party has admitted that they created the war on women to stir up the masses. So many years after women fought to be seen and respected as whole people, here is Obama focused on your ovaries and equating your right to vote, the right fought for so hard by women, as losing your virginity. I am disgusted. People are still in their homes, "dead or alive" and it is back to politics and business as usual! Where is everyone???? I live next to the largest gas tanks in the U.S. and we are in the dark over the smells that have been affecting the area. Can someone report that on the news. NOT THE NY MARATHON!

Romney – 29.4%
Obama – 21.8%
Ryan – 4.0%
Biden – 1.5%
And if you check out previous years, before he was vice president, Biden's charitable contributions were less than 0.1%. Obama seems to always get things backwards if they involve numbers.
