Virginia Beach, Virginia (CNN) - Mitt Romney will deliver what his campaign is describing as his "closing argument" Friday, a top aide to the GOP nominee confirmed to CNN.
The Republican candidate is scheduled to articulate that final case to voters at a campaign stop in West Allis, Wisconsin before heading back to the battleground state of Ohio for two campaign stops.

The event will mark Romney's first stop in Wisconsin since the day after he announced Rep. Paul Ryan as his running mate in August.
A senior Romney adviser said the GOP contender will be "framing the big choice between change and the status quo."
The choice for voters is either "a new course or another four years like the last four," the adviser said.
Campaign officials had signaled Romney was going to offer up his closing argument earlier this week. But that plan was interrupted by the arrival of Superstorm Sandy.

Uh, spoiler alert! Willard you've already made your closing argument and NOBODY's buying it! YOU HAVE FAILED....
I am a Christian woman who always votes Republican. I wont vote for Romney for the following
reasons.
1. He is a member of a cult religion Mormonism that once condoned multiple wives
2. He STILL supports Murdoch even after the Rape comment.
3. He does not believe in equal pay for women.
Now he's the candidate of change? He's the candidate of changing his mind! Too many flip flops, he has no credibility. And he's losing the state he governed by 30 points, that says a lot!
unfit mitt's closing argument ===
"if you are curious as to which mitt romney is the real mitt romney, vote for me and maybe I'll tell you..."
Never in my life, and as an historian never in the history of presidential politics, has anyone run so cynical, and so fundamentally dishonest a campaign. I thought dubya had hit the pinnacle of dishonesty in 2004, surpasing the previous record holder, richard nixon. mitt the twit makes nixon seem like George Washington, he makes dubya look like HOnest Abe by comparison.
Sounds like Romney's is giving his defense argument for GW Bush .
To bad he doesn't walk with a swager talk like a googolboy!
I Will be there among many people who are ready for the USA to thrive and get China out of the picture. Vote Romney Ryan.. We need you Mitt!
If God was voting I am sure HE would vote for Obama.
Mitt Romney 2012
Not gas in nyc, thanks to Barack Obama, not drilling policies and the Kingston pipe line to bring gas from Canada. Another bumpy road, will not blamed Bush, will blamed Sandy.Barack Obama don't care bring solar panels and wind turbin.Mitt/Ryan 2012. Thanks
Mitt Romney lost any further consideration from me when he lied over and over and over and over, waaayyy too convincingly, someone who lies that easily and well I believe is mentally not well and certainly without the character and trust we want in a president. Truly, this guy cannot be believed. And, if we judge by his history, he is a classic republican – there for the top 2%, pretty cold-hearted about the rest. There is no way he can be trusted to work for the bottom 98% like Obama clearly, clearly will, as well as specifically supporting the empowerment of women
"Romney to deliver 'closing argument' in Wisconsin"
-----------------------------
I wouldn't mind if he closed his mouth either.
Send Romney packing to the Cayman Islands.
Romney's latest ad that claimed that Obama forced Ford &GM into bankruptcy and that he sold Chrysler to the Italians and that Chryslet is moving production of the jeep to china. Is such a slew if outrageous bald faced lies, that it disqualifies him for any government post. He's shameful.
Romney has lied about everything you can think of ... including avoiding serving in Viet Nam by going to France to convert French citizens to Morons or Jeeps or GM or medicare or the health care records removed in Massachusetts ... and we still haven't seen the tax returns yet!
All that really matters however is that ... Romney looks great in the CaAYMAN ISLAND TAN, eh!
I don't buy the notion "another four years, like the Last four" excuse. We are still digging out of the "dubya'" mess, and it's going to take 4 more to get out OUT of it. Can you imagine if we get Romney, then the stock market goes down to 4,500 or 5,000 ? This country will end up blackballing Robmey.
Vote for : Bronco Bamma – 2012
Evan Wisconsin's know he is nothing more than a car salesman!@
Mitt the twit who in their right mind would vote for this used car salesman!! I'm with Gen Colin Powell, did not vote for Pres Obama in 2008, but I am with him on moving Forward
These two clowns are ready to get the hell out of our life and never to come back. God willing Obama will be re-elected and all of us Dem or Rep will enjoy the leadership of our great President Obama. FORWARD...Re-elect Obama.
Bye bye mr romney it was not a pleasure.
Too little. Too late.
Gov. Mitt Romney improperly hid a profit of $15.3 million to $115.0 million in Ann Romney’s so-called “blind” trust.
The Romneys’ gigantic windfall was hidden inside an offshore corporation inside a limited partnership inside a trust which both concealed the gain and reduces taxes on it.
According to ethics law expert Dan Curry who drafted the ethics complaint, Ann Romney does not have a federally-approved blind trust. An approved “blind” trust may not be used to hide a major investment which could be affected by Romney if he were to be elected President. Other groups joining the UAW and CREW include Public Citizen, the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), Public Campaign, People for the American Way and The Social Equity Group.
Romney looks and sounds desperate to me..
It is clear that Mitt Romney does not support womens rights. I am a republican
but I WON'T vote for Romney.
Bye Bye Wisconsin, Adios Green Bay Packers, if I win you guys are awesome, but if I loose, you are divided, racial, offensive, vulgar and cheap bunch of voters, who do not understand my needs. Mitterrand Romney.
Shut that thing down, Romney! (To paraphrase Todd Akin).
