(CNN) - Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney delivered his party's weekly address on Saturday, outlining his economic platform and case against President Barack Obama with just three days remaining until Tuesday's election.
"The question of this election comes down to this: do you want more of the same or do you want real change?" Romney asked in his remarks. "President Obama promised change, but he could not deliver it. I promise change, and I have a record of achieving it."

The GOP candidate went on to lay out the major aspects of his economic platform, including "North American energy independence by the year 2020," investments in education, "trade that works for America," a balanced budget within a decade, and "champion our small businesses."
His plan includes five bills and five executive orders in those areas.
He also delved into his business and government background, explaining that while in the private sector, he "helped people turn their dreams into success stories" at several companies, including Stapes, Bright Horizons, and Sports Authority.
Then, as governor of Massachusetts, he "moved past 20 states in job creation – and turned a $3 billion deficit into a $2 billion rainy day fund."
"Whether in public office or at a private business, I didn't ask people what party they belonged to - I asked them what ideas they brought to the table," Romney said. "As governor, I met with leaders of both parties to find common ground. That's what I'll do as president, and I'll start on day one."
In both his address and an op-ed published Saturday in The Wall Street Journal, Romney described a "big" Election Day choice for voters.
His vision for the future "requires a different direction, a change from the course of the past four years," Romney said. "It requires that we put aside the small and the petty, and demand the scale of change that we deserve: real change, big change. I pledge that my presidency will bring about that kind of change-confronting the problems that politicians have avoided for over a decade, revitalizing our competitive economy, modernizing our education system, restoring our founding principles."
Romney noted the impact of Sandy, the superstorm which battered parts of the East Coast this week, killed over 100 in the U.S., and has left millions still without power.
"I'd like to start off by saying that our thoughts and prayers are with those on the East Coast who have been affected by Hurricane Sandy," Romney said. "Americans come together in times of crisis. Our first impulse is to come to the aid of those in need. This time will be no different, and we will help our fellow Americans recover from this tragic storm."
President Barack Obama focused on the storm in his weekly address, speaking to his role in the federal response effort.
Romney campaigned in New Hampshire, Iowa, and Colorado on Saturday.
