Washington (CNN) - We were somewhere down South in the back half of October 1996. I believe we were in a theater. I remember thinking how terrible the lighting was, how small and deflated the crowd.
I remember the look on the candidate's face.
Republican presidential candidate Bob Dole was on stage with Heather Whitestone, the first deaf Miss America. She signed, "I love you" to the crowd. Then he signed it, too.

You really ought to remember this election vividly. I don't believe there's any reason to explain further.
Crowley, you lost all your credibility in the debate.
How about the campaigns you deliberately attempted to help? Do you remember those as well?
I bet and it is the lousy, BIASED and despicable reporters like Candy Crowley we all remember.
Is Crowley even relevant after siding with Obama on a statement that was factually inaccurate during the debate. Who in their right mind would let this woaman moderate another debate with a Republican.
I like a lot of Americans despise the PRESS more even than the Politcians and I have to look no farther than Crowley.
