The billion dollar election: Who got paid?

(CNN) - Far away from Washington, in the heart of the Midwest, CEO Cliff Franklin and his Fuse Advertising team worked hard to become one of the Obama campaign's secret weapons.

They helped craft the president's efforts to target minority voters - efforts that seemed to have paid off, with Obama capturing 93% of the black vote, 71% of the Latino vote and 73% of the Asian-American vote.

If it were not for all of the misleading and false statements Mitt Romney made during the campaign, I'd feel sorry for him. Truth be told, how a candidate conducts their campaign is a good measure of how they would conduct themselves in elected office. The Romney campaign was repeatedly caught flat-footed time and again on minor issues during the primaries, and these "reaction" mistakes continued throughout the general election campaign. Most notably, Mitt Romney's unprofessional remarks DURING the Benghazi attacks distinguished him as a the consumate salesman, not a statesman.

I don't mind money being spent on local offices to get out the vote, but the ads have become too much. We need to lower the cost to run for office so that more reasonable people can get elected. We could do so much more with that money; food banks housing programs and medical research top the list. These people who give million dollar donations by themselves need to look in the mirror and help their fellow citizen.

Am still asking myself what did Willard prepare himself for a period of 6 years and I don't get the answer. Did they rely on using mega money to win the election? I think a big lesson has been learnt.

I'm not a Limbaugh fan...but he made an interesting observation. Are the GOP candidates now going to have to place welcome wagons at the Southern Borders and insist on open borders to attract Latinos in order to compete. Are all women walking down the street going to be handed birth control as they walk by in order to be considered for their vote. Who can outbid and give away more free stuff to get the voters attention? Is that the new election ploy?

Rove's donors who trusted him with $300M of their hard-fleeced dollars certainly didn't get paid.
Where is Rove by the way?
