Fiscal cliff could bring paycheck scramble

New York (CNNMoney) - The longer Congress waits to avoid the fiscal cliff, the more complicated it will be for businesses to figure out how much to pay workers early next year.

The confusion poses the biggest threat to the nation's 27 million small businesses, because the vast majority do their own payroll. That means they'll have to understand what Congress decides and calculate the changes fast.

This nation is FLOODED WITH H1B VISAS. It is not good in a long run. These guys are NOT going back, they are getting married here bringing girls to USA from India breaking our system and laws. After some time they are supposed to go back, but not going back–abusing system. We need strict immigration policies.

Their will be no deal. Obama doesn't really want a deal at all. He simply wants to take dictatorial control, as indicated by his desire to take budget control away from Congress, and have NO debt ceiling.

He IS moving towards an American coup.........and take over of America.

I feel that we should go over the cliff and use the tax.revenue from everyone to rebuild our crumbling infrastructure, putting millions back to work, andattracting new businesses to our economy.

Why are these law makers bringing such uncertainties at this time of the year? Do they want to see their approval rating is zero/null/O and understand they are doing nothing????? Please understand it is the season to lift our spirit up and NOT the opposite.
