Congratulations!!! Well deserved. The President, once again, endured lies and hatred frm the right but came through as a caring respected man who will lead out country for the next four years with dignity in a calm manner.

He is, but he should not yield to John Boehner on fiscal cliff to hurt American Middle Class.
    PS: he needs strong security....

Wow even I am surprised by this. This worship of Politicians needs to stop. Ambassedor Stevens or the children in Aurora or Sandy Hook maybe, or the Collective people of Staten Island and Breezy Point would have all been greater choices. If it had to be one person then how about James Molinaro or R.A Dickey or someone like that who stood in the midst of tragedies and helped. Not folks that spent the year running for office.

You go, boy! Man of the Year!

Now let's get to work on balancing the budget, saving the world from global economic ruin, instituting "gun owner control" legislation, lowering unemployment, saving Medicare and Social Security, getting us out of Afghanistan, enacting health care and financial reforms, and last but not least, getting NASA back in space. Thanks.

    Did I miss anything?

Of course. Also he's on the short list for the Super Nobel Peace Prize, a Grammy, an Oscar, The Voice, UN Secretary General, Politburo of the Muslim Brotherhood. We're also putting his face on the money next year and adding his head to Mt Rushmore.

He's the messiah! Long live the king! An honest man, a good man. Yet, he's a quiet man. Never has said what happened in Benghazi or Fast and Furious. But, why should the murdered families know the truth. What a great leader he is and his subjects are NOT corrupt.

    Let's see now...Barack Obama has
-inspired a nation in his first run for President
    -elected during The Great Recession
    -ends The Great Recession
    -reforms healthcare
    -saves the auto industry
    -ends 2 wars
    -kills Osama Bin Laden
AND while he is doing all of this he's dealing with pirates, oil spills, tea party people asking for his birth certificate and a staunch unified Republican party opposition dedicated to his total and utter destruction at any expense
now President Obama has won re-election AND is named Time's "PERSON OF THE YEAR"?!?!?
you know the haters will NOT like this
    GO OBAMA!!!

I can't think of anyone LESS deserving. He didn't show up for a debate. He suppressed a recovery. He was nearly defeated by a longshot. Congrats TIME. You are now the most unimaginative, lazy bunch going. I understand every President has to win at least once - and many twice - but come on.

Mr. Obama transcend the year; his election and RELECTION leave little doubt that America has forever changed for the better. He has prevailed professionally in the face of such never before seen vitriol that I am certain that the Republican party will have to change or perish and HE will be the reason it happened.
