While I do see a lot of white men being put up for these positions (and the lack of diversity bothers me) truth me told, the President needs to fill these positions and given how Susan Rice was just tried and convicted without a trial (or charges for that matter) I wouldn't blame and African American, Latino, woman or other nationality for not wanting to come forward. I can just imagine what Kenneth Chenault was thinking. Why would I go thru that torture to take a job that pays a fraction of what I'm making as CEO of American Express. Who needs it. I have no doubt President Obama is trying to get the best person for each cabinet position as well as looking at the diversity within those roles but thanks to old angry, vengeful, white guys like John McCain and Lindsey Graham he's having trouble finding any takers.
