(CNN) - Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is back on the job and trading stories about her health.
Less than a week after returning to work from her health ordeal – a virus, a concussion and a blood clot - Clinton discussed dehydration and medical tests with Afghan President Hamid Karzai.

Clinton mentioned "the testing, the MRIs, and the CAT scans, and all of those things" at a meeting with Karzai in her office. Reporters were present for a brief photo-op.
"Dehydration is what happens to us very often," Karzai responded.
Clinton said, "It does, doesn't it?"
"I get it very, very often," Karzai continued. "I actually didn't notice it for years 'til last year - early May when I continued to have fevers. And then the doctors found out that I was short on protein and on ..."
The rest of his comments were inaudible as reporters were escorted away.
Clinton recently spent several weeks out of the office, initially for a stomach virus and dehydration. She fell and hit her head, causing the concussion, and doctors discovered a blood clot in a vein between her skull and her brain, according to the State Department.
She was hospitalized for treatment of the clot and just returned on Monday to the office, where aides presented her with a properly padded football helmet.
