The State Of The Union addresses are also a "rare" moment when justices are supposed to put their differences aside and show the world they support the POTUS for at least an hour, but we've all seen history made when they failed to show up in support of THIS president. I expect more of the same type of unAmerican behavior during the second inauguration and would not be at all surprised to hear of at least one absence.
