Obama embraces key social justice movements in inaugural address

(CNN) – Seneca Falls. Selma. Stonewall. Three places that have come to embody social justice movements in America.

Three places that rolled off the tongue of President Barack Obama as he addressed the nation Monday after his ceremonial oath of office. And with their mention, Obama made a monumental statement.

I get it. Everyone is unique.

Some people take their social justice victories and go forth to do great things. Others "cannot" (will not) help themselves, and I am just really, really tired of the U.S. government throwing taxpayer money at generation after generation of morally bankrupt people who seem to go out of their way to reinforce every ridiculous stereoptype ever propagated about them.

In case you can't tell, I'm not referring to Stonewall.

  3. The REAL TRUTH...

Yes Mr. President.. pls do something.. Explain to the RW bozos that you have NO control over employment levels, nor the price of gas. Explain to them that you have no control over Relief Fund legislation $$ for hurricane Sandy, nor the "pork" that was added to it – you can sign it or not.
Explain to them that an economy takes time to recover, especially one that was losing 700,000 jobs a month when you inherited it.
Explain to them, that you were re-elected by an electoral college landslide, despite every attempt by the Grand Obstructionist Party to prevent that, even to the point of them destroying our economy over Debt Ceiling, deficits and votes.
Explain to them that to move forward it is not acceptable for the GOP to add religion-based anti-abortion and Defense Spending riders to EVERY piece of legislation introduced by the them, then blame the POTUs and the Senate for not passing said legislation.
Explain to them that it's time to grow up and behave like adults in the House and move the country forward.
    Thank You Mr. President!

Despite all the information out there . Some people still cling to the notion that the president can fix gas prices . Some think he has raised their payroll taxes and some think he is a muslim. The majority of Americans voted for this very competent intelligent man. He has done a good job with the economy and will do even more over the next 4 years. Great day for our country ..

Words are wise men's counters but they are the money of fools. The idea of "social justice" can not be refuted because it really has no meaning. The term has been used by communists, socialists, marxists, and others of the like for over a century to justify the abuse of power over the individual while undermining the democratic process. The premise that some people are better off than others is not just has nothing to do with society. Does taking property from one person and giving it to another result in "social justice"? If so, How? Does bypassing the laws that are created by society (the people=Congress), create social justice. Can one man create social justice? Wake up. The house passed over 30 bills last year and the Democratic Senate never even brought it up for a vote. For 2 years there was unilateral control in the U.S. and more debt and destruction was caused during those 2 years than ever in history, all in the name of "social justice". Whoever wrote, "The REAL TRUTH..." go read a book and open your eyes. As the government takes more and more power, they take it from you!!!, not the rich. The rich have bribed them a long time ago. The rich still make a 15% tax rate. The rich still but there money in tax free vehicles and live on loans. Wake up people and realize that this man is an idealog and seeks nothing more than power, which he seized everyday while people like you and the democratically controlled propaganda cheer him along.
