Sources: Biden on Hill to talk guns with Senate Dems
(CNN) - Vice President Joe Biden is on Capitol Hill this hour to meet with Senate Democrats, and Senate aides said he was there to build support for gun legislation
The vice president was attending the Democratic Caucus meeting.

Biden led a panel designated by President Barack Obama to look into the issue of gun violence after the December 14 school shooting in Newtown, Connecticut which killed 27 including 20
students.
Two weeks ago Obama proposed reinstating an assault weapons ban, limiting gun magazine capacity, and expanding the type of gun sales requiring background checks. The president also signed a series of executive actions. Obama will take his gun violence agenda on the road to Minnesota on Monday.

I hope he does more than just talk. He should go in armed with talking points and the official party line.

If Biden has to work this hard on members of his own party, then there is something fundamentally wrong with the Obama-Democrats' approach to this issue. The big problem with the Democrats is that they keep piling on ban after ban, over and over, yet expect to get different results.
Thats what he's doing rudy, trying to use fear tactics and talk of carnage to get the presidents (used loosely) agenda plug in.

I doubt it. How many guns were "taken away from law abiding citizens" during the weapons ban that expired in 2004? Zero.
talk all you want...far left senators are the only senators that will do anything....
You cant allow people to carry and especially concealed carry guns in public and expect TO SOLVE ANY OF THESE PROBLEMS.
