Borger: Spending cuts Groundhog Day
(CNN) - As the nation braces for the required spending cuts set to take effect in next week, CNN Chief Political Analyst Gloria Borger talks about how this is Groundhog Day.
The White House and congressional Republicans have continually kicked the can down the road when it comes to trying to deal with the nation’s deficit. As we have seen many times in the past few years, will Washington reach a deal when faced with the immediate deadline?

The gop doesn't get it ,its going to effect the people who were dumb enough to vote for the gop morons, do you think their going to vote gop in 2014. ,I don't think so .
