By the authority vested in me as President by the laws of the United States of America, and in accordance with section 251A of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act, as amended (the "Act"), 2 U.S.C. 901a, I hereby order that budgetary resources in each non-exempt budget account be reduced by the amount calculated by the Office of Management and Budget in its report to the Congress of March 1, 2013.

What's the big deal–the government just took 2 percent from workers–it seems as though the cuts would hardly be felt by the government? They just got a huge tax increase in January.

Am I the only one to realize that the ongoing instability created by these knuckleheads in Washington continues to fuel business' reluctance to hire people and reduce unemployment? I'm approaching two years without work and all I see is spoiled political buffoons jockeying for position with no regard as to how their antics affect the people who elected them. Truly, they all need a slap up the side of their heads...and probably more.

Please wake up, America. Your elected Republican representatives have chosen to keep tax loopholes in place, that in the past several have agreed should not even exist, rather than give them up to help avoid the sequester all in the name of sticking to ideology. Republicans were offered a two for one deal on spending cuts for revenue increase and this was not good enough? Please vote them out in the mid-terms so we can move forward.

Why are the salaries of the stay-at-home politicians not touched? They fly in for 3 days every 3 weeks and still collect a full year of pay. There's no time to do their job correctly.

Vote them out in 2014 and keep voting them out until they figure out that we expect them to work for their big bucks. We have to work 40 hours or more every week of the year and they get the big bucks for 60 partial days? It's wrong.

This is what he wanted to do. He is a good actor. I really don't think he care about none of this. With him there is a something that he is up to. He waited to allow this to come into effect during his second term. This is why the date was set to start after he was reelected. He know that if this would have taken place in his first term he may have lost his reelection. I really fear for our country because of the head in DC and the other so call leaders.
