Here we go again.

You just have to love the Republicans- still after tax cuts for the 1% that own 90% of the wealth in America, while trying to kick the poor and elderly off of affordable health care. They are creeps.

And when the subsidy isn't enough?

Ryan: for the $700B savings in Medicare contained in the ACA in two budgets, against it and mischaracterizing it as "cuts" that threatened patient services during his VP run, for it again in his upcoming budget, lying to slack-jawed reporters today during his presser while doing a strange "wide stance" straddling of whether it's actually in there or not, etc.

MSM reports: total whitewash of his complete and utter flip-floppery and the blatant lying he's doing to cover it up.

Rep Ryan's budget plan will help Democrats recapture control of the House in 2014. He wants to dismantle Medicare and Obama Care to save tax cuts and loop holes for the 1% wealthiest Americans.

Hahaha. It's simply hilarious taht the MSM has to dig far and wide for opinions contrary to the widespread professional consensus of economists and health care industry experts...then falsely portray rancid ideological tripe spewed by the Heritage Foundation and equally legitimate so that there are "two sides to the story" and thus a "controversy" that requires weeks of non-stop 24-hour "news" cycle reporting.

Newsflash: Deliberately manufacturing a false equivalency is a form of bias, not an effort to be "fair and balanced." 600 kilos on one side and 1 milligram on the other does not a controversy make.

Repubs. hate Medicare; always have, always will. Ronald Reagenas a paid spokesman for the AMA called it "Socialized Medicine" back in the day of the Red Scare. It goes against their ideology/theology that Govt. is Evil & the Free Market System is infallible. Anytime you hear a Repub. say they are going to "Save" Medicare or "Make It Stronger", don't believe them.

Vouchers or subsidy? Has Ryan explained the difference yet? Yeah, I know. Subsidy is a more guilt ridden term and making our seniors feel guilty is par for the course in this new and less improved Grand Old Party Ryan wants to lead.

Yeah, just like they were in "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory". I remember when people really had to do that. Medicare put an end to much of it. I guess this is more of the "good old days" that the right wing wants to take us back to.

And what happens when Congress doesn't appropriate any money for it? These cutting of the social welfare programs only shows that many of the Republicans out there don't know how much people rely on these because the private sector doesn't do it (not profitable) and charitable organization (don't have the coast to coast coverage) won't or can't do it.
