When you start your career by politicking like a Republican. You usually finish your career politicking like a Repiblican.

It could be any one of the several existing scandals that she's been embroiled in. Take your pick. Internet gamblilng. Sex scandal. Abuse of Power. This could be something new. If the existing scandals didn't send her packing, just imagine what could. Scary.

non-profit investigations and diploma-mill paperwork....good work there Scott. You picked a real winner. Is fatty Limpy, Shamitty and the rest of the extremist talk-radio crew going to try to say "the leftist haters forced a conservative black woman to resign?"..I'd put money on it

Several of her associates went to jail yesterday. I wonder if she's under indictment as well. Funny, the only time we ever see or hear from/about her is when she's involved in her latest scandal. And before rethugs attempt a false equivalency with Dems, remember: When a Dem does it they're run out of office, lambasted by the "librul" media and tossed in the slam. When a rethug does it they're feted by their party and put on the fast track to higher office. While there is really no down side to her resignation, one REALLY up side is her even more corrupt boss just had the brakes slammed on his bid for reelection before he even had a chance to begin! It's going to be interesting to see who he chooses to be his new #2. My money is on Florida house speaker will weatherford who squashed medicaid expansion in Florida even though his family fed at that trough to the tune of over $100k for medical care for his younger brother. It's breathtaking the way they don't even attempt to hide their hypocracy.

It's the gambling. The only reason Florida apparently exists these days is to make Alabama and Mississippi look slightly less stupid.

Just like the governor - he committed medicare fraud and didn't spend a minute in jail. It's a shame politicians get by with so much.
