Video: Tina Fey gets back into Palin character
(CNN) - She hasn't held office since 2010, but Sarah Palin is still being hounded by that famous Tina Fey impression.
The former "30 Rock" star revived the caricature Tuesday on "Inside the Actor's Studio" at the prodding of the show's host James Lipton. Fey responded to a few questions as the former Alaska governor and 2008 GOP vice presidential nominee.
Gun control: "You know, I believe that if everybody had guns, then there would be fewer guns in the stores."
Same sex-marriage: "Well the Bible says its gross. Marriage is meant for people who wear different kinds of swimsuits."
Women's rights: "I don't think about it as a man's world or a woman's world, unless of course we're talking about marriage. But I think of it as people being mavericks or not being mavericks."
The real Palin spoke to a thunderous crowd at the Conservative Political Action Conference last week, punctuating her 20 minute speech by taking a sip from a big gulp soda.
One of her best characters, I never get tired of watching her impersonate Sarah Palin.
Funny. If Palin doesn't like, then she should step back from the limelight. Who knew? Tina Fey doubles as a pest repellent.
I could do without the actual Palin, but Tina Fey's Palin is always welcome!

Tina Fey should send Sarah a great big thank you for Sarah. After all Tina knows a good thing when she sees it. For many years Richard Nixon made good copy for all the liberal news orginazations. They still look for snippets about Nixon. They know a good thing when they see it. They are trying so hard to find someone to replace Nixon since that avenue is pretty much dead. I suppose they will dig up Romney every chance they get but it isn't the same.
Amazing still trying to be cashing in on the name of Palin Obsession.
The real story here isn't that Sara is "...still being hounded by that famous Tina Fay impession". It's that she was greeted by a "thunderous crowd" at the CPAC convention. I can't believe she still has the followning she has when she's not a serious politician, office holder or even a credible political activist. All she's become is a snarky MILF with a decidedly slanted opinion against all forms of government with no plans for an alternative. i guess that makes her an anarchist!
Fey's answers were too clear and concise for the half-wit/half-gov Quitta from Wasilla. Next time Tina, you need to dumb it down even more
In spite of the silly drivel coming from Tina Fay that is attributed to Sarah, Sarah still makes more sense than 90% of the Liberal political personalities.
The Republican Party was off course before Palin came along in 2008. Since that time it's been of it's rocker. I cite the GOP Presidential Primaries Debates. That's Entertainment!
