Liz Cheney: Obama 'most radical' ever in Oval Office
(CNN) – Republicans need to move past last year's disappointing election before President Barack Obama drives the country to its demise, Liz Cheney, the daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney, wrote in an op-ed published Friday in the Wall Street Journal.
"It is time for Republicans to get over their loss in 2012. We are all that stands between this president's policies and a damaged and diminished America," she wrote. "It is time to get back in the fight."

Cheney, who chairs a nonprofit on national security and education called Keep America Safe, is rumored to be considering a U.S. Senate bid from Wyoming.
"And I do mean fight," she continued in the op-ed. "Republicans are being counseled to move the party to the left, but in my experience, those who advocate more liberal policies for the GOP are wrongheaded or Democrats, or both."
Since the November presidential loss, the Republican Party has undergone major introspection and a formal review by the Republican National Committee over how the GOP can rebrand itself and expand its outreach. The RNC concluded in a new report earlier this month that the party needed to retool its messaging strategy and better communicate its ideas to wider audiences.
Others in the party have also called for change. Karl Rove, former top political adviser to President George W. Bush, created a new group that's aimed to help electable candidates easily sail through Republican primaries in 2014.
Some have interpreted the recent calls for a change as a need to move the party more to the center. Tea party conservatives have especially taken issue with Rove's initiative, which they perceive as a move to push their voices out of the party.
In her op-ed Friday, Cheney cautioned against the party moving too far to the middle.
"You can be sure that President Obama would welcome an America in which the Republican Party is preoccupied with remaking itself into a watered-down version of the Democrat," she wrote.
After ticking off a number of the president's policies that she considers destructive–"Obama is the most radical man ever to occupy the Oval Office"–Cheney urged her fellow Republicans to fight back strong.
"Now is the time to pick ourselves up, brush ourselves off, and man the barricades for freedom," she said.

The election of President Obama, not once but twice, represents the change that Republicans fear the most – wealthy white males are no longer in sole possession of political and economic power in this country. That is why the visceral hatred from conservatives.

First of all, what exactly does this "nonprofit" do? Is it time for the IRS to step in and see how the money is spent. Second, Liz running for Senate is living proof that the American Dream is alive and well. Ride daddy's coattails, throw around inflammatory statements without a shred of evidence to back them up, have absolutely no experience running anything other than your own life, blame everyone else for your troubles (her generation is real good for that) and duck any question that comes your way.
