Video: North Korea nuclear weapons 'a matter of time,' says McCain
(CNN) - Sen. John McCain tells Candy Crowley it's only "a matter of time" until North Korea has nuclear capability - if they don't have it already.

For folks like McCain. Really, where can NK use a nuke and not get annihilated? Unless they are going to use a nuke in a suicide pact, they are in a box. It is April, this is their annual bluster. Ignore 'em.
Bull. What can you do?? Go to war??? We are broke with IRAQ, Afganistan while Bin Laden in Pakistan–not saying enough–we poured 20 billion dollars a year to PAKISTAN. Forgot???
North korea better know what to do when starting wars, make sure it want back fire on you north korea, that man look an act insane jumping around like he got all power in his mind an hands. God got it all under controll.
If a state truly desires nuclear weapon capability, short of war, there is very little that the US can do to deter that state. The US could allow itself to be extorted, but in the end, that state will do as it pleases. The best and only proven solution is deterance, it has worked ever since 1945.
