Republicans say 'whistleblowers' with evidence on Benghazi attack located
(CNN) - Republicans on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform have located individuals who have evidence about the September 11, 2012 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi Libya – ones whom they describe as whistleblowers – and are asking federal agencies to allow the witnesses to be able to share classified information with their attorneys without fear of retaliation.

It would be nice if these clowns would go on and do something useful to the country instead of trying to score points about which no one cares.
The Republicans on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reforn have become a joke as they continue to try to prosper politically from a tragedy. They would make better use of their time focusing on the American citizen and the economy they are holding back for their own political agenda.
Perfect! Let's hunt infinitely to find some1 who'll say what we want to hear about Benghazi, because 4 Americans were killed! Let's not, however, pass any reasonable gun laws that might stop the national gunviolence epidemic, which kills 4+ Americans every day! Wow, the GOT-Party sure are true to their priorities!!
Retaliation from whom? The president? The "what difference does it make" Hilary Clinton? Four men were murdered and this president did nothing to help them. And then he sent out people to lie so he could get re-elected. He is hiding something – and it's big. Absolutely, the American people and the families of the victims deserve to know what went down that night. It's a matter of national security – and a president lying to the citizens of the very country he has been given the honor to protect.
The families and the citizens will know the truth. I hope impeachment follows for treasonous conduct.

Further reduced by the Republican Supreme court in 2006, that government employees do not have protection from retaliation by their employers under the First Amendment of the Constitution when they speak pursuant to their official job duties.
