(CNN) - Republican businessman Gabriel Gomez has won the GOP nomination in Tuesday’s primary for the Massachusetts special Senate election, the Associate Press projects.
Gomez will go on to face the Democratic nominee, yet to be decided, in the special election to be held June 25. The victor will fill the seat vacated by John Kerry when he was confirmed secretary of state earlier this year.
In the meantime, Democratic Gov. Deval Patrick has appointed William "Mo" Cowan to serve as interim senator.
The GOP likes Coconuts these days... "They're like almost as good as regular people... They don't even talk funny like those maids, gardeners, pool boys and hard laborers we usually are forced to ignore!"
Essentially? Scott Brown repackaged. Hopefully Herr Rove and the Koch crew will smarten up this time and realize their money is poorly spent fouling the Mass Bay.
We're not falling for the phony 'independent' act again. And Mr. Gomez isn't running against Martha.
Gomez you have won what are you going to do about the immigrations you look like one of the litinos.
