IRS role in Obamacare
New York (CNNMoney) - The IRS has a big target on its back these days. Its leaders have been pummeled on Capitol Hill over inappropriate targeting of Tea Party groups applying for tax-exempt status.
And some Republicans say they want the IRS to stop issuing and enforcing rules related to Obamacare at least until a federal investigation of the case is over.

As far as I am now concerned, if someone shows up at a hospital with no way to pay, they should be turned away and allowed to die. The rest of us are paying a huge, hidden tax for our medical care and insurance premiums for what Romney correctly called "free riders." Get them out of the gene pool and save the rest of us tons of money.
There is a simple solution: Buy Health Insurance so that WHEN you do get sick, the rest of us won't have to pay your bill. Now if this was called Dole Care or Bush Care, the Repubs. would be all over Fox News proclaiming how this was a "Personal Responsibility " solution to a problem free of Govt. BUT, since it's Obama Care, it's over-reaching, tyrannical Gig Govt.

Well, no... you really can't do that. We're talking about human beings. But if the person is here illegally, the government can and should determine the person's country of origin and impose taxes on that country's imports equal to the cost of the care received.

This is why all the hoopla about this so-called IRS scandal where the only people scandalized are the Rethugs hoping against hope to spin this into yet another way for them to stall or block the ACA.
Before the IRS starts their enforcement of Obamacare, Congress MUST make sure there are stiff CRIMINAL penalties for any abuse of their power when it comes to enforcement. Any and all IRS employees must sign written agreements that they lknow and understand the laws as well as the penalties. They also agree to waive their 5th Amendment rights if they wish to continue workin gfor the IRS. Anybody that doesn't sign, gets canned on the spot. Only the honest need apply to work at he IRS.

You have a good but fundamentally flawed idea. Most of the illegals in this country who originate from south of the border come from rural areas, where little or no birth records are kept. All to often, their genuine country of origin will tell you that they've never heard of the person, and they would be telling you the truth. THAT's the real problem with so many right wing ideas, they do not take into account the reality on the ground.
