Planned Parenthood prevails at Supreme Court
Washington (CNN) - Planned Parenthood can continue to receive Medicaid funding in Indiana, after the U.S. Supreme Court denied an appeal by the state on Tuesday.
The justices let stand a lower court decision that had blocked patient reimbursement through Medicaid for health providers that perform abortions as part of overall medical care.

BWAHAHA. Medicaid clearly allows you to choose your own health care provider, but the GOPers/Teatrolls were trying to prevent you from doing so.

Why is this one issue so troubling and taking up as much time as it has? I think that this should be a minor issue that people don't vote solely based.
As a believer in the Tea party, my sole concern is the deficit. I am a solid supporter of a womans right to choose whether to abort or not. It is only the liberal water carriers who try to attach the teaparty to social issues. Not only am I pro-choice but I think it should be encouraged if not outright emphasized in order to cut the deficit
The government has no business doing this, using tax dollars to end a human life. It is a slap in the face of all those who value it, and we are created in God's Image, and Likeness, despite all the evolutionary, atheistic beliefs that are tearing our nation apart morally and spiritually. God is the author of life, and perhaps the severe weather lately is His reminder that He controls the earth, the weather, the winds, and holds all matter together (By Him, all things consist,and have their being)-Colossians.
Children are God's heritage, and reward, and when women abort their fetuses, they lose the joy of parenting, and many feel great remorse and guilt the rest of their lives. "Fornicators and adulterers God will judge"-Hebrews 13:6.
Sniffit-I am saddened at your disrespect for human life, and pray you change your attitude, and find the peace you do not have, in the Lord. This has nothing to do with liberal/conservative, but disobeying God by ending what He has created and intended.

Good. Poor women and many middle class women who find themselves in money trouble right now can continue to have the same medical care as so many others, including the tea trolls in congress.
It's about time we women put our foot down for our own health and future.
No one on medicade should be denied health services. The medicade and abortion laws need to be the same in all states, because then there would be no issues.
Planned parenthood does so much more than provide abortions. Like, literally 97% of funding goes to essential womens/family services while 3% goes towards abortions. It's hilarious that limited government calling individuals want government intervention into an essential service for many women.
Go PLAN PARENT HOOD, the ignorance of the rightwing teatards will never prevail.
