White House: Syria crosses 'red line' with use of chemical weapons on its people
Washington (CNN) - The White House acknowledged Thursday the Syrian government has used chemical weapons, including the nerve agent sarin, on a small scale a number of times, according to a statement.
The administration also indicated it will increase the "scope and scale of assistance" to rebels in Syria following its acknowledgment that the Bashar al-Assad government has used chemical weapons in the civil war, according to the statement.

And the next day we'll be looking at video footage of "collateral damage" while the right wails like banshees that Obama is a war criminal.
And this is the red line for many Americans. NO MORE! We are not the worlds police dept., we cannot even wear the white hat with our own people. Forget doing something for the American people, it's more fun to spend billions on war.

Not gonna defend it, sorry. Many brilliant liberals here whose opinions I enjoy reading might defend this decision, and they might change my mind. Meanwhile, I think Obama is making a terrible mistake.
