Bieber calls Clinton after using the F-word

(CNN) - Justin Bieber called and apologized to former President Bill Clinton after a recently-emerged video showed the artist spraying cleaner fluid on a photo of the former president and saying "F*** Bill Clinton."

An aide to Clinton confirmed the apology, and Bieber tweeted about the conversation Wednesday night.

The video, posted online by TMZ, showed Bieber urinating in a janatorial mop bucket as he and his entourage exited a nightclub through a restauraunt kitchen.

The poorly-shot video then shows Bieber using what looks like cleaning liquid to spray a poster of Clinton as the performer shouts the expletive about the former president. The incident reportedly happened in New York City earlier this year.

E! Online reported that Bieber told Clinton he would love to help the Clinton Global Initiative, a public health and humanitarian organization run by the former president and his family.

Clinton reportedly told Bieber, "If that is the worst thing you have ever done, all is well."

- CNN's Paul Steinhauser and Ashley Killough contributed to this report.

What a self absorbed talentless little dweeb. If I was Clinton, I certainly wouldn't even have given him the time of day.

Why hasn't he been arrested for public urination for peeing in a janitorial bucket in a nightclub?

We're still dealing with the fact that there is a giant hole in our condominium roof from a fire that our neighbor started, running into a million dead ends over the last seven (SEVEN) months, getting no response from the HOA, the city, our local representatives, etc...

...meanwhile, Justin Bieber picks up the phone and calls President Clinton to chat about peeing in bucket.

..............................zee, how you say, "Class War." She ees a subtle mistress.

The meltdown is right on schedule. Maybe we should analyze our perverted need to make profits off children.

Even if you don't like the president, you should still show some respect. It's ok to respectfully disagree with someone and their decisions, but not ok to show disrespect for an official that was elected by your own country. Just because you don't like someone doesn't mean everyone doesn't like that person. This kid needs to grow a brain. Won't be buying his garbage for my daughter with my money.

The sweet irony is that his mother was just recently on The View expressing how she keeps him "grounded." The best part is that context is just not working. Perhaps the mother should have been referring to the other context because a lack of discipline is certainly what this punk is missing in his life. What I absolutely despise is that, instead of people like former President Bill Clinton (just an example), our youth looks up to petty celebrities like Justin Bieber. I cannot predict the future with such precision, but I would accurately predict this kid's demise on the road he is traveling. This is how it starts. This is how it always starts. Fame. Fortune. Arrogance. Attitude. Hollywood will chew him up and spit him out. I'm anticipating the day.

When I was his age I urinated in lots of strange places and said lots of strange things. Only difference is I was a nobody so there were no jealous weirdos scouring the internet for reasons to hate me so they can post about it anonymously. Clinton is absolutely right, if this is Beiber at his worst he's OK in my book. Get a grip everyone.

The janitor, who has to deal with that mop bucket, deserves the apology. Bill has been called and dealt with worse. The poor janitor is the one that has to clean up after the little tirade!
