Bieber calls Clinton after using the F-word

(CNN) - Justin Bieber called and apologized to former President Bill Clinton after a recently-emerged video showed the artist spraying cleaner fluid on a photo of the former president and saying "F*** Bill Clinton."

An aide to Clinton confirmed the apology, and Bieber tweeted about the conversation Wednesday night.

The video, posted online by TMZ, showed Bieber urinating in a janatorial mop bucket as he and his entourage exited a nightclub through a restauraunt kitchen.

The poorly-shot video then shows Bieber using what looks like cleaning liquid to spray a poster of Clinton as the performer shouts the expletive about the former president. The incident reportedly happened in New York City earlier this year.

E! Online reported that Bieber told Clinton he would love to help the Clinton Global Initiative, a public health and humanitarian organization run by the former president and his family.

Clinton reportedly told Bieber, "If that is the worst thing you have ever done, all is well."

- CNN's Paul Steinhauser and Ashley Killough contributed to this report.

Still wondering why this punk is a superstar in the eyes of the media. He throws tantrums when he does not get his way, slanders people, had no respect for public safety and is a talentless hack who makes crap music. I would rather subject myself to Vanilla Ice than listen to the crap he calls music.

What is worse is that his own country thinks he is a complete buffoon. My in-laws (who are Canadian) laugh at the stupidity of the youth who think he is the greatest thing out there. Some role model he is.

On behalf of my fellow Canadians.... America, we apologize for foisting this jumped-up narcissistic little dweeb on you. I look forward to ten years from now, when he's opening for Menudo at a state fair somewhere.

He must be a native of Baffin Island, Canada where life is lonesome except for a few polar bears and seals, so this may be the reason for this 'crazy mixed up' behavior on his part at the most inopportune moments. Maybe he can gather his money and help the polar bears and seals have a better life with the melting glaciers there and provide a home for them elsewhere.

Justin Bieber does not represent Canada or Canadians. On behalf of all Canadians I apologize for this highly offensive act. The Bieb is a narcissitic little creep.

How about calling the janitor you disrespected? Much be nice for the Canadian to be able to call up the President whenever he wants. Clinton must love talking to celebrities, no matter how idiotic

This type of disrespect from a fool such as this should not be tolerated at all! He should be forced to leave this country! Why we become so soft on idiots like this?!

That video of him peeing into the mop bucket in the back of a nightclub should be enough to get him arrested for indecent exposure or some health code violation. Come on already, why does this little twerp get a pass. Arrest him, throw him in a drunk tank for 24 hours and then let him go for a future court date, time served, or some kind of ticket. This is disgusting and you probably would be doing him a huge favor by taking him down a few notches.

Does Canada have anyone in the music scene that doesn't embarrass us?!? We sit back and hope nobody realizes Bieber, Drake (aka Aubrey), Nickelback, etc are all from Canada.

Sadly, Mr. Clinton did this young man no favors. By saying "If that is the worst thing you have ever done, all is well." he basically absolved Justin from responsibility for his actions. No lesson lesson learned. This young man must have been told by his manager to make restitution. Shame on Justin, shame on Bill Clinton.

Actually what the Beib is doing is making sure there is plenty of content for his "Where are they now, VH1" segment 10 years from now. It's very important for an entertainer of his caliber to have plenty of content for the producers to choose from.

Oh, Canada! The next time you find yourself anguished over the deeds, words or lack of style of one of our idiotic American kin, just remember that you sent us this tool who couldn't possibly be in our faces any more. We forgive you, if you forgive us. Deal?

This young man needs a strong role model, I applaused President Clinton perhaps his words of grace will have a positive influence on the disrespectful foolish Bieber.
It is sad that he finds the need to live in the gutter he should reflect on how hard his mother worked to provide for him,and act accordingly, it must be very difficult for.
Justin is very privileged, he should remember where he came from and use his success for good.

Justin Bieber proves time and time again that he's a bad musician and a bad human being. He needs to take a good, hard look at himself before he embarrasses himself beyond redemption or kills a child with one of his fancy cars.
